If Gary's Leverage LLC was anything like the one in Massachussetts then it may be worth looking into..It's owned by some young Russian lady who uses beautiful women and risque parties to promote her business. It's a real mystery how he was paying his bills the last few years..IMO

I'd have to dig, but I did some pretty extensive research a few months back on all his websites, and they were all hinky. I think someone called his and there was a greeting with his voice - shiver me timbers - too creepy for me.

He looked pretty desperate to me trying to sell Moon Plots and that online contract work. He definetly was way over his head what he made on paper..I would be interested to know if who he knew in the swinger/dating world and any contacts they have in South America.

Found the link to Leverage LLC website here:

703 is a Virginia area code.

http://leverage-us.com/index.html

I did find another website for a Leverage, LLC located in Roanoke, Virginia but it sounds like a different company. Hard to tell though.

I'm not familiar with the other websites you mentioned, vlpate.

Here is my old post:

According to the news reports, Giordano, 50, CEO of Gaithersburg, Maryland IT and consulting staffing company Leverage LLC,
Are all of these his websites? The wording is exactly the same in all:

Are these standard descriptions when you do your own website the "easy" way?

I completely agree about differing views and opinions

But back to the policy
Most travel policies end when one returns home
that is quite clear to me, they are "travel" policies

What is unclear is your comment about a policy needing to be dealt with at the destination because if he waited it would have been no good

I am asking you if that is a fact or if this is your opinion

My problem with the insurance policy is why put it in the name of the person that is traveling with you. If you are traveling with someone then you are going to be doing the same as the person that is traveling with you, no. Maybe I have been traveling wrong all these years. idk That's the part I don't get. It's not like they were together or married.

Mod note:

uh...WHOA.

No posting phone #'s even if they are listed on another website that is okay to link. And certainly NOT OKAY to be posting about calling them.

I removed a few posts about this.

Uh oh, I goofed, sorry about that Beach. :ohoh:

Aside from all this, he blatantly LIED on GMA when he said you don't have a choice but to add your companion and you don't have a choice on the amount. I pulled the exact policy shown on GMA up and you have a choice on both.... so why lie? And has anyone found that Dutch Travelers Guide with the information that says to call 911 first and then your insurance company because helicopters might be involved??? Ok, I did make up "helicopters"....but not the rest.

Here's another possible lie. GG claims he was advised to call the insurance company by his attorney to make sure he would not be charged for the search and rescue because he was the beneficiary. That money does not become part of her estate. His attorney would have known that. Aruba's search would never have been his responsibility. If they wanted to charge her it would be to her estate. As a personal injury attorney ML would have know that. If LE ruled her death accidential and he never admitted she was drinking or took those sleeping pills he would have walked away with $1.5mil in his pocket, free and clear. jmo

just wondering IF he DID get any invoices/bill for the search and rescue??!!

Bon dia from Aruba to everyone.

I talked to some policemen last night in San Nicolaas. Sad to say, nothing new in the case. I read here many things. Thank you all for ideas.

We pray for Robyn Gardner and her family.

I write more if I hear more.

I believe T. Stein said they do not charge people to search. Plenty of people volunteered to search for NH and I remember those helicopters flying over the island for days searching for Natalie and I do not believe the Holloways were ever charged for searching. I think GG's Aruban attorney would know they would not be charging to search. The only people I know of who had to pay for searches here in the US were those who gave false information to LE.

So was this another slip for GG??? Worried about being charged because he was giving them false information??? Seems like such a strange thing to be worried about when someone you care for is missing. A more likely inquiry to the insurance company would be, "I'd like to stay a few more days in case they recover her body so that I can bring her home. Would that be covered?" jmo

Blood evidence: This is just a theory.

If there were numerous witnesses who saw RG and GG leave after approximately 10 to 15 minutes of walking on the beach then RG could not have stubbed her toe the way GG described in his statement so where did RG's blood come from. Regardless of whether we feel witnesses are sometimes not reliable, LE felt all these witnesses were consistent enough to be reliable and included their statements as evidence. And LE would know better than we do at this point and this was important evidence.

So now, if they left the beach and GG did not return until later how did the blood get onto the towel. No eyewitnesses saw where they went. No one reported seeing them in San Nicholas and the only area of seclusion is that eastern most section of coast with the cliffs. Now what if he drove up by the cliffs, they had a disagreement because it appears she was not too happy with the way things were going and she got out and left the car. He hit her, she fell onto those jagged coral rocks that make up that whole area and banged her head on the rocks. (Consistent with this is the fact he was scratched on the chin/neck area and he had scatches on his ankle.) She's now is bleeding and he wants her gone. He helps her up and off the cliffs she goes. He has her dress and shoes so that shows he intended to use the snorkel story because she would not be swimming fully dressed. At some point either RG or GG removed her dress and shoes. I don't think it was RG.

At this point he may have blood on his hands. He can't wipe it on the dress. He may be in an area where there is no beach visible for him to walk to and wash his hands. She's gone, he's still fully clothed but how does he get the blood off his hands to change into his bathing suit. Can't get into the car and drive because traces of blood would be in the car. The only piece of material for him to clean the blood off his hands would be the towel. It's the only thing he had that LE could not dispute how the blood got there. He could say she cut her toe and without a body how could anyone argue with his statement. There would be no proof.

If he lied about the cut on her toe GG would not want LE to find her body. It is only reasonable to believe then that he would construct his story to make LE believe RG went into the water in a totally different place than where her body could be found. They did not find her body because they weren't suppose to. This is just my opinion, only.

Its all quite possible
However, we have no idea how much blood was on the towel
Was it a drop?
Was it a lot of blood like from a head wound?
Did it have bloody hand prints?

I have looked at the photo of him leaning on a rock shortly after he called LE and I can not see any cuts or scatches on his shin, it was stated it was his shin, not ankle

Unfortunately that picture on the rock was taken after dark so smaller abrasions, as from those rocks that are out by the cliffs would not be that visible. You can't see anything on his chin either in that picture and yet witnesses described having seen it. One witness said chin, one said neck similar to a fingernail scratch.

This is an interview with a body language expert and is very interesting. First I have seen this one:

When the witness spotted a spot of blood the size of a plastic cup on the beach, Giordano -- who had a cut on his shin -- immediately said: "No...that's my girlfriend, I wouldn't kill her," according to the police report, then adamantly claimed that he and his girlfriend hadn't been arguing.
