Solace, it is not a fact, it is your OPINION that he posts rude and condescendingly. Other posters have pointed out that in their opinion he doesn't make rude or condescending posts---you thinking the other way doesn't make it a fact.

It's interesting because this fact vs. opinion thing is really the at the crux of the elements of this very case!

For that matter, UKGuy hasn't specified in his profile where he resides. He could've been born in England and lives in the states. Shoot, UKGuy could be a woman living in Maine for all we know----a hat is a hat is a hat--it's not always indicative of who someone really is---therefore it shouldn't be assumed that he doesn't know what he's talking about based on where he/she lives.

Why did John pick JonBenet up and take off with her, I think I'd hug her and ask 'Are you okay baby?', and check to see if she was injured, since she was found on the floor.

I can't imagine any loving mother still sitting when she hears the words...'I found her!' I think I'd be automatic to jump up and run to see if your little girl was okay. Patsy took her time.

But then again when JonBenet was missing, John wanted to 'cordon off the city' and yet ignored the strange van in the alley when he was looking for 'clues' to the monitoring kidnappers...I can't see any logic or common sense in what the Ramseys do. To me they act the opposite of an innocent couple.

If I saw a 'strange' van in the alley while looking for clues to the murderous monitoring foreign faction kidnappers, I'd certainly ask the cops to check it out! Who knows the strange van might be chock full of foreign faction monitoring kidnappers....perhaps my daughter is in the van.

FS here. Mostly lurk but had to respond to this. In extremely stressful situations people react differently. They can either fight, flee or freeze. Simply, Patsy froze and it was no indication of guilt or non-guilt. She was afraid, fear overtook her and her body simply shut down.

I can understand the fight, flee or freeze when I am confronted with a scary situation, however when my child is involved...it's a whole different ballgame...especially hearing the words 'I found her' I'd think she was still alive and race to be with my child.

No...Patsy did NOT take her time. She had to be PULLED down the hallway by her friends. She did NOT get up and go on her own....this speaks huge VOLUMES to me. Actions speak louder than words.....(as the old saying goes).

Okay Ames the only explanations I have for the Ramseys strange behavior.

Even when JonBenet's body was found...John simply yelled..."I found her"...and Fleet yelled to "call an ambulance".... John knew his good old buddy Fleet will call for an ambulance and their was no need to yell it twice...besides John was probably thinking how maybe he should have mentioned the strange van to cops.

STILL....Patsy's butt sat on the couch, not budging an inch. Perhaps the Ramseys had a high end plastic type couch and she couldn't budge cause her behind was stuck like glue to the couch after having sat on it for hours.

But Patsy....no, she is DIFFERENT...she has to be PULLED down the hallway, by her friends. She was resisting.....WHY?? Her legs fell asleep after sitting on the couch for hours?

Notice please this was the first I chimed in on it I think all the posters from UK to Ames to NP to Jayelles etc can manage this on their own. I for one plan to let them. I just think sometimes saying something exacerbates things. Taking sides can blow them sky high. Yes Kumbyeyah is in order.

John did search the outside of the house, at least the alley. He didn't see anyone in the van....apparently kidnapping monitoring foreign faction people are incapable of ducking down and out of sight from their victims...you know what can you expect from people who plan a kidnapping and forget the ransom note, paint brush and worse yet the kidnapping victim...

Are the fibers from Patsy's sweater under the tape UNDER JB's mouth and in the garrotte and in the paint box another red flag. Ames is not saying her opinion is enough to convict anyone. She is however pointing out evidence that would convict if we had an honest group of District Attorneys in Boulder. The fibers alone put Patsy with Jon Benet in the cellar. John's fibers were found in the vaginal area. Splinters were found inside Jon Benet. We are talking circumstantial evidence here UK, most people are convicted on circumstantial evidence.

Ames posted one of the most astute posts in months yesterday. Patsy did not move when she heard Fleet call "get an ambulance". It SPEAKS VOLUMES. Volumes.

What bothers me is that we all (on both sides of the aisle) grasp onto bits and pieces of so-called facts, when all they are is hearsay. I heard that Patsy had to be held back by her friends because she was determined to get to JonBenet.

Fibers could easily have transferred from her to JB or the blanket or whatever and from there to the tape. Also, why were there ony red fibers and no black ones if they were from Patsy's Christmas sweater?

We all seem to be guilty of overlooking any facts that don't agree with our view of what happened.

IMO the foreign dna under JB's fingernails and in her panties trumps fibers under the masking tape.

UKGuy is one of my fave posters here, he does seem confusing at times and maybe uses big words (LOL) but is more than happy to try and explain where he's coming from.
