I have always wondered if and where the victims were held for the period of time before their bodies were found.MOO

Meticulously - I mean from when they were abducted to when the bodies were found. Had they been held somewhere alive or had they been killed soon after abduction. Were the bodies kept somewhere before taken to dump sites. Or were they alive up until a week or so before being found. MOO

From the article POLICE CLEAR RIMMER CRIME SCENE. Cant upload but posted on WS previously several times.
"Police used chainsaws to clear dense bush at Wellard yesterday..."
"Miss Rimmer's naked body was found in bush at the edge of Woolcoot Rd..."
"Insp Ferguson said the bush was so thick that officers could not search the crime scene properly".
"Tactical response group officers used chainsaws to cut down a roadside copse of ten trees....."
He said there was a possibility that Sarah Spiers body was in the area but the swampy bush was frustrating search efforts. END

I think you can hazard a guess about the possibility of going unseen for all that time by the conditions reported, especially if the thoughts were that SS might be there somewhere too but it was difficult ground to search.

I do not think anything will be achieved in finding SS until it is treated as a separate incident , which I have no doubt the police would have done , but because everything and more gets lumped together in this forum , it goes nowhere

I am not aware of anything apart from speculation that links BRE to SS ... he may well be responsible for it ... but there is nothing tangible to say he is ... SS, like all other Possible associated crimes should be treated separately until there is evidence to say otherwise , that's the way I look at things

Re SS I think you have to go back to the start and forget all that's happened since ... the talk at the time it became possible there was more than one victim was that it was a taxi driver , a security guard , a police officer ... someone who could take someone of the street without raising suspicion or a noise , I am not implying it was any of these people ,but the search should start from the beginning

No idea Met. If the school was where I think I recall it being & they walked the way I expect they probably did, it makes sense if they just left CBV. But its a complete guess & I could be totally wrong about both things.
Theres nothing about the incident that Im certain of via MSM other than 2 girls were raped near the station. Whether it was 2 girls in 1 incident on NYE, as appears to be generally accepted, or not?? Afaik, it could be 2 incidents either the same night or different nights with 1, 2 or none occurring NYE.
Do you have proof of anything more that you care to share? You'd remember the martial arts place surely.

I was looking for the article myself as I remember reading about the chainsaws. It was from the West Australian 7 August 1996 by John Townsend.

The Jane Rimmer cctv footage. Especially the high resolution footage that only potential witnesses saw, where they seemed to have no difficulty identifying people.

Maybe also the cctv footage that was mentioned inside the Conti on the night Ciara disappeared. Also in the Clueless article on the number plates that were allegedly not checked on the night Ciara went missing.

Besides SS last being seen in Claremont, probably nothing to connect her to the cases that the accused is charged with.
Except possibly stalking a witness via email in the SS case, and possibly phoning her family, (IMO). Which in itself doesn't prove anything other than a fascination or playing silly buggers. But I digress.

Remember my old school friend who once worked as a Telstra Technician under the accused dad, I reported to you "Police would be better off talking to the colleagues on BREs team rather than me, especially his work partner DF"
Then I found a Claremont speedway star driver by the same surname as DF, some made the connection as to why BRE would had a speedway sticker on his 4WD in Google Streetview, and thus a reason to be at Claremont on Friday nights? Well, there's a teacher by that same surname as DF was at Iona Presentation College. Maybe there's your link to how the accused knew anyone from Iona. Just a thought.

The only reason i have any recollection of the time at all is because i worked for the security firm that had Club Bayview and the guys there were quizzed quit a bit ... apart from that i had no reason to remember until much later

At the time the talk was it had to be someone who would not look out of place on the street at unusual times , the ones mentioned previously , RAC etc... One group i always included in sexual assault cases was the US Navy if they were in town ... they would not look out of place in entertainment areas ..... and a lot of these guys could not come here on a tourist visa because of the crimes that got them into the navy initially ... go to jail or go to sea

I think the problem with looking into SS is that a long time passed before it became possible of a connection to other crimes ... and since the connection was made she has been grouped with the others .... This is only my opinion but I think the worst thing that happened with these crimes was the use of the term Serial Killer .... it was media hype that sold papers and funded tv shows .... and based on what ...A Suburb ... the police may have had evidence all along to say the cases are connected, but the public didn't .... If someone thought another may have been involved with case A but knew they could not be involved in case B or C , then rule them out of all crimes , because the media said one person is responsible for all

As for BRE , I think there are 2 choices ... he was a regular in the Claremont scene and knew the girls to talk to , " Hi , want a lift "
or it was random , and I could be totally wrong

This also Interests me. I found Shadowboxer had this theory and was someone who made a goid case more often than not. Lots to be found amongst his and Noels posts.
