He was probably the prime suspect in the 1988 case but there wasn't any physical evidence available at the time. I'd be betting he was arrested on suspicion of the Huntingdale crime and then it all fell into place.

I've been studying this case since day 1, have read every article, seen every show, read every book, even done some IA work on the CSK as part of a commercial project some years back.


Anyway, the Telstra angle is extremely interesting and potentially explains an enormous amount. I have access to current exchange lists, are they accurate at the time, have any been amalgamated? Is there other Telstra infrastructure he may have been familiar with near the two known dump sites?

I have been going through aerial photographs of his house for the past decade, in that time there has been no visible activity in the backyard which is unsurprising, I think he is far too shrewd for that, the bizarre thing is there is a white van/station wagon (does not appear to be his work vehicle) parked diagonally on the lawn that doesn't appear to move at all for about 4 years, which seems odd to me.


PLEASE, people when posting something you have found from a very basic google search, PLEASE check that it hasn’t already been posted, every few hours the same thing seems to be posted by another sleuth, no wonder the cops wash their hands of amateur sleuths.

Every person of interest in the 1988 crime would have been DNA tested as part of the review, clearly, this guy has escalated, at a younger age much more likely to be known to the victim or make a mistake. Indeed all the pieces seem to fit with this.

I wonder what he did to violate Youtube's community guidelines?

Having a Youtube channel and making himself prominent in the Little Athletics Community shows he likes to have an audience...but the challenge for him, if he's the CSK, was to keep his true, inner self hidden, whilst satisfying his desire to be seen to be important, influential or knowledgeable.

88, Frankie didn't say he knew CSK. He said he just found out that CSK is the brother of his mate.

Frankie and the brother both live in Broome so I am guessing that their friendship does not pre-date their time in Broome.

So its not very likely that Frankie has ever partied with CSK or the brother in Perth at any time let alone 20-30 years ago.

Given that the DNA evidence has existed for 20 years plus, it in an indictment of WA police, in particular, David Caporn who led the investigation in the early years that a "breakthrough" took so long. There are many morons in the police service and too many of those found their way onto this case. If hundreds of thousands of police hours were expended then almost all that time was wasted. In regard to high police appointments, nepotism never pays but has occurred time and time again at great cost to the taxpayers.

The worst thing you can do on a case like this is narrow your scope, Caporn has a track record as a simply terrible cop, who has cost WA taxpayers millions, indeed he even changed his name he is so loathed.
