Sounds like a psychotic break of some sort... unless he really did start a swimsuit line? Just an odd jumble of supposed facts here. IMO
Or a habitual liar. Some folks always have some big story about their supposed life. Those close to them tend to learn pretty quickly how much to believe.

MOO

Totally missed this intriguing thread, posted it here..

''Police investigating the disappearance of a former TV presenter and his flight attendant partner have searched a home in Sydney, seizing "a number of items".
Detectives are trying to track down a NSW Police officer in relation to the disappearance of Luke Davies, 29, and his partner, former Ten presenter Jesse Baird, 26, after blood was found at a Sydney home and on items belonging to them in a skip bin more than 20 kilometres away.
Friends of Baird have revealed he previously expressed concerns he was being stalked by another man.''

''Police confirmed last night they wanted to speak to a third man, understood to be a NSW Police officer, in relation to the case and were trying to reach him''.

Police are seeking a third person as they investigate the suspicious disappearance of the former Network Ten presenter Jesse Baird and his partner, Luke Davies, from Sydney’s eastern suburbs after bloody items were found in a skip bin. Detectives have “grave concerns” for the pair after what they said was “some sort of incident that has more than likely occurred” at Baird’s home in Paddington. The pair were both were last seen in the Sydney suburb on Monday.

Shadows and Silence: The Disappearance of Jesse Baird and the Police Connection

On a seemingly ordinary day, the lives of Jesse Baird, a familiar face from Channel Ten, and Luke Davies, known for his role as a flight attendant, took an extraordinary and alarming turn. Their sudden disappearance sparked an immediate and widespread search effort. The Guardian reports that the discovery of blood at Baird's home in Paddington and on personal items in Cronulla has escalated the situation, leading to 'grave concerns' for their safety. The involvement of the police in this investigation is routine, yet the revelation that one of their own is a person of interest is anything but.

The integrity of the investigation is paramount, and the NSW Police Force finds itself in a precarious position. The officer in question, previously involved in a personal relationship with one of the men, brings a complex layer of intrigue and potential conflict of interest to the case. As the Daily Mail Online notes, the discovery of bloodstained clothes and the establishment of a crime scene at the couple's home only deepen the mystery and the urgency to find answers

Possessions of 29-year-old Luke Davies and 26-year-old Jesse Baird "that appeared to be unusual" were found in a skip bin in Cronulla before midday on Wednesday by a worker throwing out rubbish, Detective Superintendent Jodi Radmore said.

A "significant" amount of blood was later found at Mr Baird's home on Brown Street, Paddington at about 1pm on Wednesday.

POI named ….

A police officer who once dated missing former Channel Ten presenter Jesse Baird has emerged as a person of interest in the disappearance of Mr Baird and his Qantasflight attendant boyfriend Luke Davies.

The police are trying to find Constable Beau Lamarre, who is reportedly on sick leave, as part of their investigation into the disappearance of Mr Baird and Mr Davies after their bloodstained clothes were dumped in a skip and the TV star's blood-splattered home 30km away was declared a crime scene.

MOO!!
[DBM]

It’s also interesting the suspects Instagram account was deleted Sunday - does that mean he’s alive/does not intend to make this a murder/suicide?

It also makes me wonder if he is either hiding while acquiring a lawyer, or if he plans on fleeing. Again MOO! Just some after-works ramblings

Additional info on the cop who is a person of interest (calling him Cop P). Footage linked below. Not saying he's involved with this at all, but it's relevant recent history that was all over the media.

Cop P and partner were on patrol, saw an Aboriginal man with his girlfriend walking around. THe man was holding a bag, and fled when he saw them (cops suspected theft). There's footage of a cop (Cop P or his partner) yelling 'get the on the ground' on the ground, and the man sat down his hands open and palms up showing he had no weapons. The man was sitting in front of the fence with both cops in front of him standing - Cop P had his taser pointed at the man. Both cops grabbed the man pretty suddenly to try force him face down on the ground, and a split second later the Cop P tasered the man repeatedly in the face, hands, back and torso as he screamed in pain. The man was obviously moving quite a bit due to the taser, and the cop continues tasering as the man screams and writhes in pain.

The Aboriginal man was later charged with 'threatening/assaulting a police officer in the course of duty' but I couldn't find anything about a theft charge. Cop P was cleared of any wrongdoing.

This was 4 years ago, and Cop P only seems to have become a cop in 2019.

Additional context: Violence against Aboriginal people is a huge issue in Australia - over policed, harsher sentences for the same crime, etc. It's well studied and there was a royal commission (aka public inquiry) about Aboriginal deaths in custody over 30 years ago. The govt. never implemented recommendations.

Has anyone noticed the large stain on the pavers beneath the flipped outdoor sofa? It might be any form of stain, but it does look like it could possibly be blood. Might have been an ambush attack as someone entered or exited the roller door.

Just trying to work out what corner street this image is of?

Was expecting the corner of Cooper St and Brown St, or Cooper and Cooper lane.... but they don't seem to match the surrounding.

Looks like it was 63 brown. The fence and banana trees match up.
Right - the garden area opposite looks a little similar (remembering the google maps images are 3 years old) ... but that means they are walking away from the terrace?

The 7 news voice over says "they wander towards the back of the terrace" ... so they were "wandering" away in the video, walking slowly...

Were they "looking around the area" for some reason? Did they suspect something? Or looking for something?

To "the wander towards the back of the terrace" I assume they'd have to turn around later after the video... assuming that footage is taken from 63 Brown st

At the end of the 7 video it does look like one of them is going into the garden area and circling back?

“We do believe from the crime scene at Paddington and from the property that was located at Cronulla, that there has been some sort of incident that has more than likely occurred at the Paddington address,” she told reporters on Thursday.

“Witnesses described a verbal argument but it wasn’t reported to police at the time, it was only reported to police yesterday during the canvas (of neighbours).”

Police said they held grave concerns for the safety of both men.

Two cars have been seized from the Paddington property and are yet to be forensically tested while detectives investigate whether any transaction have been made on either of the men’s credit cards.

maybe he wanted to become a personal bodyguard

His instagram has been deleted. Says nothing as to involvement - makes sense to delete either way. But someone with access to his acc must've deleted it since someone took screenshots of the photos featured on DM.
The POI has reportedly turned himself in.
