Judge says he accepts that Lynette Dawson is dead, that she died on or around 8 January 1982, that she did not leave her home of her own accord. #ChrisDawson

I can only see it happening if he’s found guilty and sentenced, and at a later date at the appeals court, his lawyer attempt’s to reduce his sentence with a scenario, Lyn’s death was an accident, and CD panicked and disposed of her body….same old, same old….Who thinks the judge will say manslaughter? I think he'll reject the evidence of planning in the same way and say that CD's lies are evidence of guilt but not necessarily of (intentional) murder.
Looking at the folder judge Ian Harrison is using, there are a lot more pages left than he has already read out.
Unless there is some kind of appendix at the back of the folder he doesn't need to read, we are in for a long one here.
There's evidence of intention to be discussed. If the judge believes the evidence that CD was considering a hit man that will help.Looking at the folder judge Ian Harrison is using, there are a lot more pages left than he has already read out.
