For those reading updates, right now Smith is going through all the UK towns RB lived in or visited, one by one.

Then matching them up to all the places Marion is known to have visited in 1997.

RB can't deny the coincidence of the matching locations but alludes to not being there by simply saying, "why would she send so many postcards but never mention me?"

This is pretty damning

Smith says RB stayed at Narita in June 1997.
Meanwhile, Marion flew to South Korea on her way to the UK, but never Narita.
So how did Marion end up with Narita stationary in June 1997?

Alluding to that Marion saw RB in the UK.

Smith is alluding to that RB bought a car just two days AFTER the last known evidence that Marion was alive, ie: the optometrist!
Erm... so they think he bought a car to hide the body? IMO.
