Those items were stolen in 1976 shortly after he married DdH. Some may have made their way into his home but I imagine most would be sold on for cash. I doubt they had a permanent home at that time.

As to Mr.C's comment - IMO it was very deliberate for whatever reason.

wish we had a photo of her at that time, most would only describe someone that way if they found it hard to walk or in clear discomfort, not just carrying a bit more weight than most.

If she was then she has lost ALOT of weight because I wouldn't describe her like that or any other word relating to over weight

Not sure if this is of any interest and or if it relates to the same RB? The main reason it piqued my interest aside from the name RB, the postcode is 2481 (Byron Bay area)

This to me feels like a food market stall name. We have very popular markets that circulate between different small towns.. Nimbin, Bangalow, the Channon, Byron bay, Lismore & Lennox Head I think are where the main ones are held. It also seems like the perfect way to wash money cause most of the transactions are in cash.
I’ve never seen this particular stall, but if your washing money you don’t necessarily have to turn up to “trade” and make sales.
Just a thought.

Thank you! I was a bit surprised when I heard this on the podcast. I don't know if it will lead to anything? Yes you're right @mishy66 it does take a village :)

I still think Renov Pubs is something to do with stamps being rejuvenated or similar.

I haven't been posting on here but following closely reading all the updates.

From the MPMB FB page. You need to translate it, but it has very interesting information about the furniture store.

GREAT FIND @Liselle !!! That proves DdH knew he was impersonating Freddy David. No doubt at all that's RB (Mr. David) And DdH was certainly slim, in 1981 anyway.
The couple on the right of the picture, is that who you're referring to? I think that has to be RB & DdH. Their daughter MdH looks so similar to the young DhD

I don't think D would have ever been a very large lady as described by B.

I thought the couple in the centre of pic, with FD wearing glasses, from comparing with other photos on passports. But I think this could be the first pic we have seen of DDeH from this era, assuming it is definitely her and not another "partner"! :-)

From article in Lux Post:
Ric Blum, possibly as Fredy David and possibly with his brother, opened a furniture store called "Européenne du Siege" in the village of Noertzange in August 1980, next to an electronics store called “Electricité en Gros”, according to the evidence given during the investigative hearing.

The store, which declared bankruptcy on December 1, 1983, was run from Belgium by his current wife, Diane de Hedervary, according to court and commercial register information.

Not sure WHY they have 1981 under the image as the article states 1980:
Document de Lux-Post sur l'ouverture d'un magasin de meubles par "M. David" à Noertzange en 1981, document produit lors de l'enquête en Australie. Lux-Post document on the opening of a furniture store by "M. David" in Noertzange in 1981, document produced during the investigation in Australia.

Mr & Mrs Bitnz in middle and "Mr David" on right - lady beside him I am going to say DdeH - looks just like her sister at that age! And her daughter Maite!

Jan 1981 - DdeH and son arrive back into Aust
April 1981-( 3 mths later) DdeH gives birth to daughter MdeH in Lux
August 1981 - AKA pens love letter to MC - and having an affair with her this same year

During questioning about him moving to Luxembourg in 1981 to set up the lounge making business for his "family", AC asked him to define "family". He replies, "Maria, Andre and my two brothers; they were all still alive then".....

DIANNE deH says at inquest that RB was working for Andre and Maria’s lounge furniture business- in BELGIUM - 1980s

And the link found by @car54 a while back: "downloadable documentation is dated Sep 9, 1997"

1997 - hmmmmm interesting

I think RB is taller than the man on the left and the women far right looks like his daughter so I think they are the couple on the right - my guess lol

I am getting a bit confused now. I see the comparison to the man on the right being tall as per AKA, but the man in the centre looks like the 1986 passport photo of FDeH with a moustache. Both of the women are uncannily similar to MB!!!

I have to agree there. Shorter moustache man looks like the 1986 passport photo.
Taller man (Mr. David) looks more like RB and lady with camera looks like DDeH / Mrs David.
