He's trying to pretend he's got something wrong but what is it?So what next.
Maybe he'll "come down" with alzheimer's
Anyway so glad I don't have to listen to him anymore today.

Inquests are to determine if there is reasonable grounds to suggest a missing person is dead.I'm asking this because I can't remember. I thought it was to officially open an investigation into Marion's disappearance; to establish evidence that supports the fact that she did not vanish of her own will and that she is dead. So for now the inquest is focusing on Marion fitting a pattern of women who were defrauded cruelly and criminally by the same man. Once they do that, do they then have to start a NEW investigation into the perpetrator of her death? I don't understand if Inquest #1 (this one) can establish anything more than Marion's being dead and that she was part of serial fraud. OR can this inquest also recommend that RB is responsible for Marion's disappearance?
Are there definitely more?I am so curious as to know who the other witnesses are going to be.

Forgot to say: Inquests also examine if there are any public measures that need addressing so a similar situation doesn't happen in future.Inquests are to determine if there is reasonable grounds to suggest a missing person is dead.
They also attempt to address WHEN and HOW they died.
And also the EVENTS LEADING TO and SURROUNDING their disappearance and death.
The Coroner can say if she believes someone was likely involved with the death.
All of this new info we're getting from witnesses is addressing the events leading to and surrounding her disappearance.

In this case, that is about how police handled the case. That's why Ms Bourke is there, representing police. The Coroner may have words to say on their conduct since Marion disappeared and it will be made public.
My guess is that he just can't keep track of all the lies he's told.
