Are people listening to this? William Tyrrell update It's a WT update of I Catch Killers .. GJ just said the FM chose to testify FOR GJ at his trial .. she was concerned that the WT investigation would go to Cold Case without GJ on the team.

How on earth would she have anything to say in regards to internal police matters?

Whether she has done this or not, IMO she has an ability to place herself into a position of influence, even with police investigating a case where she was the last person to see a missing child, this is completely inappropriate.

The relationship between Jubelin and the parents is highly questionable. His thinking isn't clear. Say I accidentally kill my child and can't even tell my partner so I dispose of his body and support an abduction theory instead, putting my partner through unimaginable grief. Selfishly, so he doesn't know I'm the cause. Years later the lead detective ambushes us with an interrogation, and upon leaving I suddenly say in the car "Jeez that was close, glad I got away with it again". Ruling them out based on their lack of collusion is poor logic.

In the fullness of time, guilty or otherwise, the foster parents influence will be shown to have impacted this case significantly I believe.

Fresh images emerge in search for William Tyrrell

Fresh images have emerged from the desperate search to find William Tyrrell’s remains with a police combing the area for evidence.

The search for William is now in its second week with AFP officers, NSW Police and other specialist investigators inspecting a patch of land close to where the missing boy was last seen.

New images surfaced on Tuesday which showed a police officer carrying a yellow plastic bag splashed with the words “hazardous waste”.

I just went back and compared photos .. I still think it is bio grandma- see pic of her in this story with child advocate- happy to be proved wrong however

If this is the pic we are talking about I am 100% certain it is the Biological Grandmother who is the Biological fathers mother.

Sorry to ask again - copied from past thread.

Does anyone know for certain what colour the FMs hair was on the day of William's disappearance?

On Day 6 she had short (cut to her ears) and it was dark brown. This was when the walk through interview with police was done. Not sure about earlier than that but police would know if between Day 1 and Day 6 FM chopped off all her hair and dyed it dark.

The "plump woman with a blonde bun" driving a car with a kid in a Spiderman suit and followed closely by another car was described by witness Ronald Chapman is easily searchable on google or here on WS.

It's been mentioned many times. By all accounts Chapman is a respected older gentleman in the community, but there have been doubts about his account.

No suggestion that Mr Chapman is lying, on the contrary I think he is being honest but most likely mistaken. Even Mr Chapman himself has stated he is unsure of the make and model of the cars he saw.

The doubts of this account go further because of the location, the time taken to report the sighting, and that another woman in the area had a grandson who regularly wore a Spiderman costume at that time.

On Day 6 there's no way I can see the FM being described as plump. To me she looks healthy, slim, lean, fit, possibly tall. I could see her being described as skinny but not plump. There are tall women who are not overweight but are sometimes "big boned" and therefore described as "plump". But not FM.

But you can search the internet and check it out and perhaps you will pick up something I haven't about Chapmans report.

Witnesses are notoriously unreliable so unless police dig up a blonde wig, Mr Chapman was IMO well intentioned but mistaken.

Side note: MFC I would also describe as healthy, fit, lean, slim. This may also go some way to explaining speculation that William had lost weight under the care of the FF. JMO but I think the FF generally eat healthy, and based on their physiques probably exercise regularly. Yes they obviously eat Maccas. But plenty of gym going healthy people I know eat Maccas, have junk food, eat a chocolate bar, get on the beers. The difference between them and me is that 80% of the time they eat healthy

Any news yet on today's court hearing?

I am firmly on the fence until I hear more about this allegation. If the foster daughter comes forth to say that her foster parents are cruel and abusive and she thinks they are involved in her brothers disappearance, then I will probably fall face first from the fence.
I'm not sure even that will make me choose which side of the fence. I have concerns about this court case and why it has come about (apart from the obvious ones about a child being assaulted). I also agree with Cleaver Green's earlier comment about the theatrics of this case and I find it almost concerning the way this is being played in the media. I don't think I have ever seen anything played out like this before with professional photographers and close ups of search items. Is it all purely political? Even that alone is an insult to poor William in my book. I really don't know what to think on this case at all.

@Tench

If a photographer is taking a pic for commercial reasons, or if the fm asked WT to repeat the roar a few times, I'm sure she could've got the right shot but a natural shot, will produce the reflex to look upwards while roaring. jmo

<modsnip > I can categorically tell you that there is no such thing as a "roaring reflex". In the photo WT appears to be looking directly at something or someone, not vaguely in the air. The relevance of this is not clear, but he was certainly NOT looking at her, as she claimed IMO.

Those photos are very eerie.

What's the go with the cameramen right in their faces? This is a search for the remains of a little boy. Give him some dignity! This makes me mad.

I believe they were in Kinship care and that is totally correct. Those grandchildren should've been protected. They were removed from BS and MS care when the allegations were made. Kid's lives turned upside for no reason what so ever IMO

Gosh that's awful. Those poor children. There does seem to be some inconsistencies in how children in care are managed in NSW. Those grandkids removed but not WTs sibling. And I'm not saying what should or shouldn't have happened just that it seems to me as a layperson contradictory.

So, I just listened to the 3-part Little Boy Lost interview Lia Harris did one year after WT’s vanishing. A couple of highlights:

-MFC said he went to Laurelton (I thought it was reported as Lakewood)
-MFC said he drove into “the garage” upon returning
-MFC originally thought WT might have fell down a hole or wandered off even though he also said WT “knew his boundaries”
-MFC didn’t want to leave Kendall the final day of official search. Police almost had to “force” him to leave.
-MFC: “GJ is going to catch that person.”

-FFC couldn’t be sure WT would scream if confronted by kidnappers but she intimated he wouldn’t just oblige them.
-FFC said she saw the twin cars with windows rolled down and no people in them twice. Once on the verandah when she said hello to the Kookaburras and then later when she played with WT in the garden. She remembered them THAT NIGHT after coming back from airport (I thought it was second night after vanishing for some reason).
-FFC also intimates that she made the 000 call after she realised “he wasn’t on the estate
-FFC says it takes “three to four minutes” to walk down these driveways (on Ellendale Crescent)!!!

Neighbours were also interviewed:
-Woman who unloaded groceries and went inside: “that’s pretty good luck” in reference to the timing of the kidnapping (according to FFC when she informed her) when she was unloading her groceries at 10:35 AM. She also shared that her child would have been the only local one in the neighbourhood out that day at that time.

-Neighbour whose fence was 10m from kidnapping spot didn’t think this was an “opportunistic grab”

-This incident had changed Kendall. Kids were no longer allowed to play in street like they once were.

-WT’s 4th birthday was celebrated in Kendall amongst community members. That’s how touched they were.

Going over old ground but I would 100% call husband if searching and he’s missing, or as other users said either way both 000 and husband. Additionally us sleuthers would pick through either option. I would definitely take my phone even with no service if driving to look, and if only minutes missing I wouldn’t be driving I’d be hysterical running around nearby asking anyone and everyone for help even getting a neighbour to call 000 or grandma to call whilst I searched.

Let's be clear here, as a physician I can categorically tell you that there is no such thing as a "roaring reflex". In the photo WT appears to be looking directly at something or someone, not vaguely in the air. The relevance of this is not clear, but he was certainly NOT looking at her, as she claimed IMO.
Came to say the same thing @SleepyJoe - there is no such reflex or anything similar.
See article on reflexes: Reflexes
