I don't think any help is available for sexual deviants,
except maybe "chemical castration" /medical castration which refers to the use of chemicals or drugs to stop sex hormone production.

Even if there are cases where help and rehabilitation are real possibilities, AB wouldn’t be one of those, from all we’ve learned.

The level of deception and cunning is just sinister. I feel sorry for his wife having to realize who she was unknowingly linked to:

He pretended to offer loving care for pets who needed rehoming, but in reality he was a sadist who after sexually violating the dogs, tortured them to death.
