I shall be out from Wed. 3/24 thru Friday, 3/26 for surgery on my left carotid artery (this time) - so am posting this now. I'll be back home - hopefully - on Saturday.

*Comprehensive Pretrial Conference Hearing (re murder) (@ 8:30am PT) - AZ - Dalmer Hussen (18) (Sept. 24, 2000, Phoenix, found Sept. 25, 2000) - *Lance David Ray (32 @ time of crime/52/now 53) was arrested (10/23/20 in Bloomington, IN. & extradited to AZ) (in connection with 3 separate incidents in 2000 after DNA evidence linked him to the crimes for a 14 yr. old & 17 yr. old) & charged & indicted (10/23/20) & arraigned (11/25/20) with 2 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, 2 counts of kidnapping (death/injury/sexual) & 4 counts of sexual conduct with a minor. Plead not guilty. Held with bond.
Trial set to begin on 5/11/21.
