Distinguishing Characteristics: Scars, Marks, Tattoos: Caucasian male. Daniel has a tattoo of the Diamondbacks A on his right inside arm above his wrist. He had his appendix removed as a child and had a small scar on the right side of his stomach.
Details of Disappearance: He left the house with nothing with him. He left behind his glasses, debit card, cell phone and emptied his pockets.

Hello, Daniels remains were found on Feb 26th 2023 in somebody's home. They found him in a bathroom that was never used. The police would not tell me where or give me an address but said he more than likely had been there since the day he went missing back on 8/23/2020. I find that hard to believe because even if the bathroom is not in use you can smell a dead body. Why would he die anyway he was healthy. Instead of getting answers I am left with more questions. Thank you everyone for your help.

Your prosecutor/district attorney's office should have a Victim Advocate on staff.
