Inconclusive Polygraph Results-Why?

..............................snip.............................

Well, the answers to those questions are “No”. Just because an individual’s test results were rendered as “Inconclusive” or “No Opinion” doesn’t mean that the individual is lying or telling the truth. In fact the examinee may be doing some of both

Someone just made a comment on TPS fb I am wondering now, does Texas have any laws where the father doesn't have to sign off on adoption papers? I mean if she had the birth cert and he wasn't on there she could have lied and said she didn't know who the father was on the adoption papers right? I am sure there wasn't a legal adoption since that would lead to Baby G, but still I am curious. Anyone know?

Thank you so much for all the work you do transcribing various things for us.
It's very helpful.

You are appreciated.

Tammie, if you are listening...now is the time to shut up and lawyer up. Maybe you need to call your underground friends for some legal help, fast.

BREAKING NEWS! BOMBSHELL TONIGHT!

Paraphrased --

Polygraph tests are back! "inconclusive!"

TammiJack was told that if they were lying, it would read "lie" The polygraph results came out in the press Conference this afternoon as "Inconclusive"..They were told that if they "Lied", it would say we didn't tell the truth! But if they didn't lie, it would say "inconclusive!"..They understood the results are going to be that way because their feelings are involved and it will pick that up through the Autonomic Ner...vous System! But they are still going to be on Nancy Grace tonight regardless!

I guess we being "john q. public" kinda people we should believe him on this just like we should believe him on being a person of interest.

Do they really think the rest of the world is that freaking stupid? I mean come on you don't become a person of interest just because its now nightfall. You don't have a polygraph come back inconclusive just because the sky is blue!

I really think they need to take a little bit of time away from the news and run to the shop and clean their poopshoots out if not they may end up on deaths door due to a clog!

going off of this, I don't know much about putting a child up for adoption but can one just walk into an agency and say here is my child i can't do it any more, sign their rights away and walk out?

Kinda silly but I remember watching a show such as 20/20 or something like that where they were profiling a young mother during the adoption process and she was going through profiles trying to narrow them down and this one couple were told that they did not get the child....BUT that a woman had come in that and gave her child up and picked their profile and wanted her child to go to them. they took the child home with them that day!

ETA: the child that was given up that day was about 18 months or two years old. I think

Wouldn't you love to hear the questions they were asked and the responses they gave on the Polygraph. I'm sure the answers sound about the same as their answers in interviews. No wonder they came out inconclusive! I imagine their answer were nonanswers - so you naturally can't say they are true or untrue.

I think the questions are usually yes or no aren't they?

I'm thinking that maybe they didn't have the press conference after all today.

I checked Gabriel's page at Tempe.gov and it hasn't been updated since yesterday:
http://www.tempe.gov/Police/EI/Gabriel Johnson Update.htm

I also checked the list at Tempe.gov, it's supposed to be comprehensive and include press releases from all branches of Tempe government. I didn't find anything about Gabriel, just typical stuff about holidays, etc:
http://lists.tempe.gov/admin/WA.EXE?A1=ind1001&L=tempenews

Btw, if anyone wants to subscribe to Tempe news releases, here's the link:
http://www.tempe.gov/news/
Just scroll down and enter your info. However, you will get all news releases, including information on things like events at the park and road closures due to water main breaks.

I'm not sure... they probably are although I can't imagine Tammi just answering yes or no

I think I really just meant that their body was, I mean their bodies were, talking out both sides of it's, uh, their ....uh, I mean that, well, I was going to say yes, but my body says no, we just thought that because they offered to goin to do body talk to pull out memories from their ..... uh, whoops, I meant to say, their cognitive memories.

Kim Hale, commander of investigations for Tempe police, said Monday that Johnson was “very quiet and standoffish” when aboard the plane back to Arizona from Florida.

“She was not forthcoming with any information — and she’s been that way since she was arrested,” Hale said. “At this point, the baby could be anywhere. When asked if she wanted to be helpful in locating where her baby was, she had nothing to say.”

I didn't know if this was here, to be sure, I'll post. It references the presser.

Thanks for posting that. I have to admit, I am totally shocked that they had a press conference and didn't update their site because that's not how Tempe usually does things. I am gobsmacked that their website doesn't contain the latest information and am seriously wondering if Tempe PD is totally on the ball. Shouldn't they be generating missing posters? Why aren't they working with any of the larger local corporations to offer a reward for information?

I am probably overreacting... I was hoping so much to have some answers today, but it doesn't look like the PD revealed much, if anything today. I just hope and pray that they're keeping everything so quiet because they're about to close in on Gabriel's whereabouts and that they're going to be bringing him home to his father very soon.

imo EJ is smart enough to know not to open her mouth without a lawyer.
whether she did a closed adoption through some loophole in the system regarding LM's rights, or wheteher she passed Gabriel off to a coyote who trafficked him across the border, or whether she did the ultimate dreaded deed that none of us want to hear, why would she answer anything without council?

Maybe the Smiths were looking into helping her out with a lawyer or something, and that was the holdup... not sure. But I think today's hearing and the judge stating that a public defender was incoming, will make a difference. I think once she has a chance to consult a lawyer, she'll be at least a little more forthcoming with information, even if it isn't made public.

Hey, I just realized whoops rhymes with poops... I'm sure someone can make that into a colon cleanse Haiku or something!
