I am feeling relieved.....and hopefully there will at last be some explanation of the bizarre statements made by TG. Maybe the truth will come out at last during the court proceedings.....

Yeah, like for the following series of words coming out of her mouth:

"Why did you do it, what did Bella do?" (Something she'd like to ask JR)

"Why didn't you stay in bed?" (A question for her dead 8 year old daughter)

I know in the past people have tried to defend her words crediting her with what people THINK she meant to say. But giving this currently incarcerated mother credit due (IMO) to loving mothers who don't endanger and neglect their children, and who don't force them to live in a drug den, who don't force their little girls to share sleeping quarters with male felons post meth binge, is an insult to loving, care providing, law abiding mothers who are 100% victims.

She said what she said. Period. (IMO)

Can't help myself...told ya so.

EXTREMELY GLAD SOME LOW LIFE DRUG DEALERS WERE TAKEN OFF THE STREET. MAYBE IT'LL HELP PREVENT SOME OTHER INNOCENT LITTLE ONES FROM A PREMATURE DEATH DUE TO BAD CHOICES & NEGLECT.

Haven't found court hearing date for them yet.....first appearance was of course Oct 16

The trouble is, prison is pretty much a cleaner, lock down version of the life they have been living. With better meals.
They already know a lot of other inmates (friends and family) and it will be old home week.

I take comfort in knowing for sure that they aren't around children.

More details of the charges, along with this:

"Grogan was arrested in Clark County in February 2014 on charges of possessing a dangerous drug without a prescription. The charge was amended in the Laughlin Justice Court on June 19 to possession of a drug not to be introduced into interstate commerce, and Grogan was sentenced to low level drug counseling and 25 hours of community service. A 30-day jail sentence was suspended."

A golden opportunity for TG to think about her life and where she was headed. This should have been a wake up call.

felony gun possession
trafficking meth and heroin
grand theft auto

oh yeah trafficking while out on bail -- hmmm

amazing:

from your link:

''Folster's troubles are not restricted to the Arizona side of the river. At the time of his arrest Wednesday evening, he was wanted on an active warrant out of Clark County for a grand larceny auto charge.''

There are so many layers to the troubles for these two.....

from your link I also read that he had not been charged for the two hour stand off maybe LE is giving him a break? oh boy

There are so many things that I want to say but I'm sure if I did that I would be banned for life from WS.

I'm sad that I was correct about TG and "the gang". It means that the life that Bella led was worse than I anticipated. I can't even fathom Bella's life and the fear that she and her sister must have experienced. Just imagine being a child and seeing your mother (the one person in the world who is supposed to protect and love you) high and having all these deadbeats in your house, in your bedroom and hanging around all the time. Terrifying I would think. So so sad.

I'm glad that they're all in jail and I hope they stay there for a VERY long time.

JMO, but I am sure that many will agree, that the time has come to stop making excuses for TG and her lifestyle. She was not, nor is she now a good mother. Her choices put her children in harms way and in the end her daughter was murdered because of them.

These are disgusting, vile, evil people. Poor Bella.

Someone on a now closed FB group posted a link to that auto theft charge a while back. IIRC, that charge occurred in early July. I was wondering if anything ever came of it. Now we know...

Maybe it would be easier for msm to list crimes these people haven't committed!

:jail:

yes!!!!!

a round of mental health evaluations are coming up for them I bet......

This isn't new information but I was reviewing earlier msm reports and interviews in an effort to see how the dots connect now that we have more information. I came across this from August 15, 2008:

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, BULLHEAD CITY - Justin James Rector, 20, was arrested Tuesday evening on suspicion of assault by domestic violence after allegedly choking his live-in girlfriend and attempting to lock her in the closet at a residence in the 1700 block of Arriba Drive. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail.

Remember TG's comments about JR strangling pets? There were questions here about the police report made by his ex and whether or not TG knew about it prior to Bella's murder.

From September 5:

Grogan said Rector never showed signs of aggression until recently. She said his ex-girlfriend recently filed police reports accusing him of strangling her pets.

"Something triggered in his head, and he just got off on strangling, I guess. He strangled my daughter to death. That's how she died," Grogan said.

http://www.fox5vegas.com/story/26463107/mother-on-childs-accused-killer-i-trusted-him

This suggests that TG did know that JR was prone to violence. At the very least she knew he tried to choke his ex which makes TG's comments about how she trusted him with her life suspicious.

I don't know how, or even if any of this fits into what really happened on the night of Bella's death but I think we're on the right track about there being more to this story.

If your hunch is correct and the charge referred to K2 - also called Spice - then TG was messing with a really dangerous substance. I had to Google K2 and... ugh. This crap is potentially lethal!

Spice, also known as JWH-018, is sold mostly to teens and adults looking for a legal high under many brand names, including K2 and Spice Gold at convenience stores, health stores, smoking shops, and on the Internet for as much as $55 for three grams, Obsidian DeLeau, a substance abuse counselor at West Yavapai Guidance Clinic said at a MATForce seminar this past February.
...
The side effects from using Spice can damage the central nervous system or lead to respiratory failure that can cause death.

from checking further that fancy term also refers to good old possession too

http://www.legalmann.com/CriminalDefense/MisdemeanorCharges.aspx

''Local Drug Possession (NRS) - Any person within the state of Nevada who possesses any drug which may not be lawfully introduced into interstate commerce under the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act is guilty of a misdemeanor''

The criminal complaint against Grogan alleges she conspired to sell methamphetamine — a Class 2 felony — between Oct. 1 and 15; that she sold methamphetamine from the vicinity of an address on Lakeside Drive on Oct. 13, also a Class 2 felony; and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class 6 felony, on Oct. 15.

The charges against Folster include one count of conspiracy to sell methamphetamine, a Class 2 felony, between Oct. 1 and 15; five Class 2 felony counts of the sale of methamphetamine — three in the vicinity of an unnamed Lakeside Drive address plus one on Highway 95 and another on Hancock Drive — all between Oct. 1 and 15; and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class 6 felony, on Oct. 15, also in the vicinity of an unnamed address on Lakeside Drive.

I found the charges of GTA while sleuthing a while back. He was arrested on July 8th in Laughlin Nv for the offense. At that time, the case status was listed as "open"

" Court records indicate Grogan and Folster were married a little more than three months ago."
G and F recorded their marriage license on July 15, in Laughlin NV, just a week after his GTA arrest

"Grogan was arrested in Clark County in February 2014 on charges of possessing a dangerous drug without a prescription. The charge was amended in the Laughlin Justice Court on June 19 to possession of a drug not to be introduced into interstate commerce. Grogan pleaded guilty and was sentenced to low level drug counseling and 25 hours of community service. A 30-day jail sentence was suspended."
THIS is new info to me. Low level counseling....hmmm ok. Well that was effective, wasn't it?

Two statements she made during her many interviews with reporters just boggle my mind.....
"I don't even have THAT bad a record"
"Im a good mother"
Wow. Just wow
BBM

It is entirely possible, based on the people she knows (other druggie parents other druggie family members(?) and their home life, etc.) she honestly doesn't think she's that bad, if she's comparing herself to some of the worst of the worst she's seen or knows. I know it sounds unthinkable to parents who'd never endanger their kids the way she clearly did, but if that's all she is familiar with, that's all she's got to compare herself to.

While I would never defend TG in a million years, I honestly do think she loved her kids. In whatever way she knew how. I think the drugs and the lifestyle that came with it just swallowed her up, the same way it does to anyone who chooses to use, then becomes an addict.

MOO & all that good stuff.
