Yeah, proof. All the Bella FB pages had people accusing and ranting but I haven't seen any statements there or in msm that DCS was ever actually called by anyone. Even when TG lost Bella for several months it could have been done without DCS being involved.

From what I'm learning about cases here on WS, it takes an awful lot of neglect or abuse before DCS steps in and does something.

yes....takes a long time and bears little fruit sad to say....CPS is over burdened and is so paranoid about lawsuits it seems ..... better to nail the parents on their criminal wrongdoings and then proceed

TG refused to let LE in the house the night of Bella's disappearance. They had to get a warrant and come back the next day. During that search, they could have wiretapped the house, and/or TG's car on that day. That would explain LE's statement that the investigation began in September

If the home or car was indeed bugged, they would have evidence of conversations and or drug deals occurring there. Im also wondering if their drug supply was stashed in the field across the street from the house, or near the burial site because LE returned several times to the area with dogs and metal sticks to search the area. There were also sightings from neighbors that RF and TG walked to the burial site and seemed to be looking around for "something"

Ooh, sleuthy goodness! Interesting thought...wiretapping, hmm. LE would have to present probable cause for the warrant. I suppose if they felt Bella's death was drug-related that would qualify.

I still think that the drug connection between JR and TG came from JR himself - the only way to associate dealer and buyer would be a direct statement from one or the other unless there was a witness to the purchase and I can't imagine who would have copped to witnessing a drug buy between them back in September.

However, as you suggest, a wiretap could be in the mix, either by bugging the house/car or setting up some sort of sting.

Yes she did. She also requested medical attention this morning when she appeared before the judge. When the jude asked if she would be needing transportation to a medical facility, her reply was "Im pregnant". The judge response "well I guess the answer is no"

TG voluntarily put the girls in the paternal grandmother's care and there was no cps involvement until after Bellaks death. This was verified by the paternal GM herself. The giorls had only been back in TG's care for 2 months when this horrible tragedy occured.

From an observer in the BHC courtroom (family member) who watched the proceedings. The hearing was before a BHC court judge, and TG appeared via television from Kingman.

I know it was originally posted to RF's FB page by TG herself, but it was quickly deleted after news that RF had a new GF came out. There were replies from TG family members telling her to "hurry and come back home" (Idaho). She responded and told them she would be there soon. This likely put pressure on LE to get her before she left the state. She claimed at that time that she was free to leave because there was no open CPS case against her.

IF/When she's convicted, could she possibly request a transfer to an Idaho prison hopefully through her attorney at sentencing??

RF knows he is in for some serious jail time if he was desperate enough to get his girlfriend to call in a false "officer down" call as a distraction. It is obvious that drugs are what keep these people connected....why else would Ralphie be at his estranged wife's home...especially when TG has openly expressed her hurt at his cheating and flaunting of new girl. Why would you still be OK with your cheating ex's mother still residing in the same home? Especially when said mother was supposedly meant to be looking after her child who was subsequently murdered.

It is a tangled web of lies and deceit... And sadly, poor Bella was caught up in all this.

Wow, just caught up on the news of the arrests, I'm happy to see this.

What was the stand off with Ralph about? I wonder if he was thinking they were comming for him for more than drugs. The stand off seems a bit dramatic IMO.

Why was Ralph there? I presumed he would have moved out since he has a new girlfriend.

So TG is pregnant by Ralph and is locked up in the same place as Ralph's new girlfriend, that will be fun.
And Ralph, step father to little Bella, is locked up in the same place as Rector, who is charged with Bella's murder?

How did I miss this good news? Oh, Goodman, Arias, Bashara trials are all running now and I've been negligent! I need more time to read these days.

I am with those who believe that LE got warrants to bug the house, phones, and vehicles. Heck, in that mess, they could have placed a device in the kitchen sink, under the dirty dishes and no one would notice.

I've had the sad experience of visiting with a little friend (very briefly) whose family lived like this. I was young at the time, but the stench and complete chaos chased me out. My heart aches for Bella and her sister. TG was a good mother, NOT! She and Ralphie surely contributed to Bella's death, at least through negligence, if not on a somewhat more active level. I'll leave out my thoughts about this for now.

If social media is to be believed TG was never pregnant... It was a ploy to keep hold of RF. I mean who wouldn't want to keep hold of such a handsome hunk of loveliness!!!!!!!! yuuuk!
