Guys, those of you who have been following jhessyes fb page should take a gander. Someone is posting on the 13 yr olds fb and the posts are troubling. If this is really thiis child she is communicating with shirley via fb. The posts are odd and maybe even suicidal.

I pray with all my heart someone has hacked this childs account and it is not really her :(

Sounds like someone needs to notify the police. I don't have access to her Facebook so I haven't read it. But if it seems like Shirley is communicating with the 13yr old it should be reported ASAP. Jmo

They are all kinds of on it over there. LE was called, they said call cps, s now cps has been called as well.

I saw what was being posted over there and I'm thankful people screen capped and reported the exchanges between she and Shirley.

That said, I feel that we should not discuss the subject any further. She was incredibly courageous in speaking out and telling the truth, but it is obviously causing her a great deal of pain and conflict. She deserves privacy and protection right now, MOO.

I agree with you.
I just cannot imagine what that child has gone through in her life with Jerice. I hope she is finally with someone who is protecting her. She has so much healing that needs to take place, and I can't see Shirley as being supportive of that process at all.
I haven't read the fb pages, but Shirley has taken a public position that is in opposition to what the 13 year old told LE. That has to be devastating to that poor child.

What an awful situation for a young girl to have to deal with. I wish I could help her somehow.

Yellow shredded papers. Everything else listed makes sense but the paper.

Did she have a paper shredder? I was thinking maybe the kids had a bird or a hamster, maybe they used shredded paper in a cage. But in the 911 call she said "we have no pets".

Why shred the yellow pages? Not exactly incriminating unless she wrote on them. Maybe she put them on the closet floor to absorb something, but that doesn't make sense either. Why not use paper towels?

I'm sorry guys, I know my train of thought is upsetting, but I want to know what happened to Jhessye. Everything in that warrant is meaningful.

Did they take the shredded papers? because if they did they can be reassembled. I saw that on one of these ed shows once that told how evidence can never be destroyed by shredding. It takes a long time but it can be done.

The list of what was found at the house is sealed. The shredded yellow paper (possibly from phone book) was on the list of what they were going to look for, but we don't know if they found it or why exactly they were looking for it.

Gov. Jan Brewer now has the report in her hands from the Arizona Child Safety Task Force on proposed changes to the state Child Protective Services.

I sincerely hope we are all together in the "Currently Awaiting Trial" forum, soon.

We love you sweet Jhessye, justice will be served soon.

Haven't read to the end of the thread yet. so forgive me is someone else posted this.

page from the phone book could be from
... too much of a bother or too many addresses to copy down ... so on your way out door (by taxi or friend's car)... to head out to check out several addresses (possible dump sites? . for example perhaps a chain of convenience stores that all have dumpsters ??????).. just rip the page out of the phone book and go. Come back home.. clear your pockets and dump everything on counter before putting your dirty clothes in laundry. Older children might have seen her rip page out of phone book and take off and pass that info on to LE.

just a thought :)

I'm wondering if the papers were shredded in a paper shredder or by hand, and if they were cross-cut. That would make them more difficult to piece together, but maybe someone with incredible patience and eye-hand coordination could do it.

I'm thinking about what else the shredded yellow papers might be. I keep thinking of receipts - like the copies you get when you purchase appliances, rent a car or equipment, get a car serviced, etc. Can anyone think of other types of receipts that are frequently printed on yellow, letter-size paper?

These pictures of this sweet baby just kill me. She had such a beautiful light in her eyes. She seemed so happy and carefree in these early pictures. I cannot imagine how devastating it must have been to suddenly be back in her mother's evil clutches. This woman cannot get away with this.

I can't look at pictures of that sweet angel anymore. My heart is breaking because I am becoming afraid that she is not going to get any justice and we all know the horrible way that sweet little baby died. I just can't look at them. She looks like my old neighbor who was so happy and fiery as spit and...I just.want.to.kill.her.incubator. It's not fair.

Why are all these parents getting away with it? Sky's mom and Lisa's mom--we know they killed their babies and they are getting away with it! We know that Jhessye's mom not only killed her but tortured her, and SHE is getting away with it. We don't know what happened with baby Bianca, but it isn't looking like her daddy is bringing her home alive anytime soon, but nobody is doing anything to him, either! Was 2011 the year to murder your child and, as long as you hid the body, no one cared?

Just a thought...what if Jerice didn't even need to leave home to dispose of precious Jhessye's body? What if she placed the body in a washing machine, dryer or icebox, sealed the door, and hired a hauling service to dump it? Maybe she bought a replacement and had it installed afterwards.

Suppose the shredded yellow papers LE listed on the search warrant were sales and installation receipts for an appliance mentioned above. Maybe it's far-fetched, but perhaps LE received a tip that an appliance was towed to the Butterfield Landfill from Hunter's residence.

If that is what Jerice did, she needed no accomplice. IDK, could this be what LE is considering?

That's a great thought Indy Anna. But large appliances are recycled not landfilled, they are collected and processed as scrap metal. If an appliance ends up in a trash load at the landfill, the operators pull it out and take it to the recycling area. Also, the trash from Tempe went to a transfer station first.

Here in California, we have to remove freon and capacitors from appliances prior to recycling, not sure about Arizona laws. What I'm pointing out is the appliances pass through many hands, a body would likely not escape someone's attention.

I'm convinced Jhessye was transported to Tempe in a suitcase and left in a garbage bin there.

I hope 2012 brings justice for Jhessye....and for so many other children who deserve it.

Bumping for sweet little Jhessye.

We want justice for her.

I love this picture of her. I can just hear her giggle in my mind. Bless her heart.
