Finally got here. Still no verdict huh. I'm sure they are just going thru all they were presented with. It has to be guilty. It just has to be. This creature cannot ever be allowed near a child again and certainly not her own!

I'm slightly suprised there haven't been any jury questions, considering they have to find Type 1 child abuse in order to find murder, seems like at least a few of them might want clarification or have some kind of questions.

My understanding is that the grandmother was granted custody of the children while JH was in prison. The grandmother let the cousins raise jhessye until JH got out of prison. Since grandmother had legal rights, the cousins couldn't stop her from taking the children and eventually returning them to their mother.

Jerice was pregnant with jhessye when sentenced to prison for abusing jhesdye's sibs. Prior to reporting for that sentence in CA jerice traveled to AZ to give newborn jhessye to some cousins. The siblings were given to jerice's mother by CA cps. When jerice was released in CA her mother returned the sibs to jerice who then traveled to AZ demanding jhessye. As there was no formal custody arrangement, AZ LE made them turn her over to jerice

Man you guys. ..this is making me nervous. We've seen AZ juries acquit in similar cases such as Baby Gabriel where there was an actual confession.
