good for LE. I wonder if he will give up her location? I'm betting she was buried somewhere within a few miles of the car burning - and I bet they have him on surveillance walking away from the car - just like Cheryl Coker's husband did IMO. Except these cameras are better.

Rainynights - THANK YOU for this - outstanding!

Heartbreaking and so sad.
What a monster of a "husband"...... a divorce would be “financially damaging” ?
Do these men not give any thought to life in prison being "damaging"?
Heartfelt condolences to Julie's children and loved ones.

Court documents revealed new information about the case.

Surveillance video shows a man walking away from where the car was found. The man in the video appears to be wearing the same clothes that Joseph Concialdi was wearing in another surveillance video obtained from that day.

Traces of Julie’s blood were found as well as what police called "evidence of a significant sanitized crime scene." Police believe that she suffered significant injuries.

Witnesses told police that Joseph and Julie's relationship was riddled with infidelity and talks of divorce. Julie reportedly told witnesses that she suspected Joseph was cheating on her.

Upon his arrest, he told police that he was planning to drive to Payson following a heated argument he had with Julie on the night of her disappearance. He claimed he felt the need to cool down and told police he was going camping in Payson.

Investigators later found that he had not in fact gone camping, but instead drove to Payson to visit a woman he had been seeing since March. According to police documents, he met this woman on a dating app where he "portrayed himself as almost divorced and that his wife was a drug addict."

He is currently being held on a $2 million cash bond, and investigations are still underway to locate Julie's body.

He must have been in quite a rage. Yet another tragic case.

This is what I suspect may have happened, and may also explain why there was an explosion. I’ve seen images of the truck. It wasn’t blown up, just burnt out.

Joseph murdered his wife Julie following a heated argument. LE said there was “evidence of a significant sanitized crime scene” as they found blood had been cleaned in the hallway, laundry and garage.

Circa 9 p.m. he was captured on surveillance video at a Fry’s store. I believe he drove there in his vehicle for the express purpose of either buying a filled 20-pound propane gas cylinder or refilling a cylinder he already owned. He said he went there to buy food. If he was captured on video, his alibi would have been that he bought the cylinder as he was going camping, which we now know to be a lie.

Once home, he placed the gas cylinder on a seat in her truck together with a length of rope, and he also took a small container of gasoline. He drove her truck to the parking lot at 20th Avenue. He then poured some gasoline onto the rope (which would act as a wick), placing one end next to where the propane gas exits the cylinder, and let the remaining rope trail out of the truck for a few feet. Leaving the vehicle door ajar, he turned on the gas and lit the rope which caused the propane gas cylinder to explode when it reached the gas escaping from the cylinder. At 11:05 p.m. he was caught on camera walking away carrying an unknown object which I suspect was the container that had been holding the gasoline.

It’s possible that after buying the gas cylinder and dropping it off at home, he may have driven his truck part of the way to 20th Avenue and Monona Drive to avoid having to walk 8-9 miles home after burning her truck. Even if he had to walk half that distance, it may explain why LE were unable to contact anyone when they either rang or went to his home.

Just saying ...

Any idea which court documents they’re talking about? How to access them?

Here is the latest update I could find. On Sunday (9/27) they added new dates for everything after the Preliminary hearing on 10/19.
