Hello everyone I am finally here with an update. I am sorry it has taken this long but truthfully there wasn’t much of one until today. We spoke to our attorneys this morning and trial will start Monday August 8th. On Monday they will pick the jury and Tuesday is when opening arguments and testimonies will begin. The trial is estimated to last until September 15, 2022. This will be a lengthy and very rough trial. Continued thoughts and prayers are very appreciated. We are very close to getting Justice for Kiera but until that day comes we continue to fight and pray this trial is enlightening to the jury and everyone watching. We will also continue to post updates to this page as the trial goes on to keep everyone updated with the information we can give. We’re so close Kiera!! #JUSTICE4KIERA!!



My thoughts are with Kiera's family. The wait for justice has been a long, painful, journey for them. I just can't imagine being in their shoes.

*Trial set to begin (@ 10:30am PT) – AZ – Kiera Lane Bergman (19) (missing Aug. 4, 2018, Glendale; not reported until Aug. 6, 2018; found Sept. 3, 2018 near State Route 85 in Buckeye) – *Jon-Christopher Marcus Clark (23/now 27) charged (9/11/18) & recharged (8/21/20) & arraigned (10/8/20) with 2nd degree intentional murder & tampering with physical evidence/destroyed/altered. Plead not guilty. No bond.
Trial was set to begin on 6/28/22 & continued on 8/8/22 (thru 9/22/22) (Mondays-Thursdays) Dates: 8/9, 8/10, 8/11, 8/15, 8/16, 8/17, 8/18, 8/22, 8/23, 8/24, 8/25, 8/29, 8/30, 8/31, 9/1, 9/6 (Tuesday), 9/7, 9/8, 9/12, 9/13, 9/14. 9/15, 9/19, 9/20, 9/21 & 9/22/22.

Trial was set to begin on 6/28/22 continued with no further dates. Case was moved to Pinal County.
Clark had a warrant from out of state, but was also booked in Phoenix with the new charges. Also violated probation on another charge (not stated).
