I did on and off. The audio is not the greatest. Yesterday was delayed due to CC needing some clothes other what he was brought over in. The judge addressed that he would like him in street clothes going forward. Opening statements. I find it odd that one of CC lawyers is participating via phone, from PHX I'm assuming. Told my husband gave "phoning it in" a whole new meaning for me. He kept getting disconnected for some reason. At least 3 times that I can think of off hand. Not sure as a defendant, how I would feel not having one of my lawyers there. Lawyers questioned the deputy that found the body. As I said before the audio for this one is not the greatest. I don't remember having this much trouble last time I used it.
I wasn't aware you had to be in the city/state to access the audio streaming.

After a 30-minute delay, Clements returned to the courtroom in a blue dress shirt and black pants. After Clements’ handcuffs were removed, DiRoberto was allowed to put a tie on his client.
The jury is comprised of nine women and seven men. That includes four alternate jurors, who will sit in on the trial in case a juror falls ill or cannot perform their duties. The jury ranges from middle-aged to senior citizens, with at least a few people of color.

O’Dell said Maribel’s body was experiencing “advanced decomposition.”
Lois Oleson, a bus driver for Marana Unified, was the state’s third witness. Oleson is the one who discovered Maribel’s body and called 911.

I just now came across this thread. The word “monster” comes to mind.
Am I understanding correctly that Maribel was found 2 days after disappearing, yet she was in such a state of decomposition that her cause of death could not be determined?

*Trial continues (Day 5) (@ 10:30am PT) – AZ – *Maribel Victoria Gonzales (13) (June 4, 2014, Tucson, found June 6, 2014, id’ed June 20, 2014) – *Christopher Matthew Clements (30 @ time of 1st crime/36/now 40) aka Damion James Johnson indicted (9/15/18) & arraigned & charged (9/24/18) with 1 count of 1st degree murder, 1 count of kidnapping a minor under 15 & 14 counts of sexual exploitation of minors. Plead not guilty. $2M cash only bond. DA will not seek DP.
Murder trial for Maribel began on 9/8/22 with jury selection (2 days) & trial started on Tuesday, 9/13/22 (thru 9/30/22). Tuesday to Fridays. Jury: 9 women & 7 men (with 4 alternates).

9/15/22 Thursday, Trial Day 3: State witnesses: Melissa Stark, ex gf continued testimony. No other info available. Trial continues on 9/16/22.
9/16/22 Friday, Trial Day 4: State witnesses: Sy Ray, the director of LexisNexis, testified on his knowledge about the value of cellular records in criminal investigations. Detective Miguel Flores, with the Pima County Sheriff’s Dept. Det. Flores interviewed Clements on Aug. 15, 2017, about Maribel’s murder.
