I cannot get the links to work so forgive me if this is already answered.

1. Any history of drug abuse?Alcohol abuse?
2. Marital problems?
3. Are there any children involved?
4. Phone records?
5. Insurance policies?
6. Has anyone called the local news media especially the investigative reporter type who love stories like this?

This family needs to be a total pest to LE. Call every single day, call the FBI office every single day and call every single news media they can find.

They also need to let is slip they are thinking of taking civil legal action against the wife since she is not helping the investigation she must be holding something back. Let HER know she is going to be the focus of lawyers and the media.

Pixies, I am asking the sister those questions. Will post asap

I agree with anyone who said the wife appears involved. There's only one reason she hasn't been more forthcoming with family, she's hiding something.

People don't just walk off and leave all their worldy possessions, not even counting wife and dog. NO, doesn't happen.

Even before I got to the part where she had had 'domestic calls' against her, I suspected she did something to this man.

People don't like to think that there's such a thing as domestic abuse against men, but it does happen. Probably 10 X's more than we know, because I don't think most are reported.

I hope this gets some type of national media attention. Maybe if the RIGHT person see's this story, it can lead to where Michael is.

Prayers to the family for strength and answers.

The family has pretty much come to the conclusion that the wife has "done" something to Michael. They just need the help finding out what and where.
They don't have help from LE and don't have the knowledge to do it themselves.
If any of you have specifics, please post them. I'm not very knowledgeable myself, so am turning to you guys.
I know that the cell phones could be traced by the pings on the towers. They could find out the wife's locations that way but how does the family go about getting that done?

thank you all for any help :blowkiss:

ps PIXIES and CAROLINE I forwarded your suggestions on to the family. Thanks!

In response to previous questions:
No drugs, but I understand Gina drank wine excessively, especially in the last year of their marriage.
They did have marital problems and Michael's co-workers stated that he was going to have to ask her to leave. They had only been married 3 years. They both have grown children, but none shared and none that ever lived with them during their marriage.
Michael's phone has not been used since 2 days before he dissapeared.
We have not been able to determine if there was an ins. policy or not. The police are not giving up that info (or never bothered to check)
We have contacted many media sources. There have been 2 tv spots and 3 news articles so far. I have appealed to many others and have not had much luck.
The sheriff's office had long ago stopped taking or returning our calls.

Did the sister contact Tim Miller and Co? That is who I would be calling. I would bet money the wife got rid of her husband somewhere. She sounds like a real hum dinger. Real violent. If the family can't get any help from LE then they will have to turn to other resources like Tim Miller and some of the other places. No one should get away with murder.

I'm not familiar with Tim Miller and Co.
Can you give me more info about them?

Thanks for the tip. I did ask for their help months ago, but they would not come because LE refused to cooperate with them.

Kim, why would LE not cooperate with them? Embarrased that they didn't do their jobs and someone else came in and did it for them?
Maybe we should give LE a call. I'll do it. Should I call Snowflake AZ police dept or Coconino County Sheriff dept? Not sure which one would be working with Equusearch. Let me know and I'll call. Maybe if they get calls from the public and your family, it will be enough pressure to get them to cooperate. It's their job and we shouldn't have to do that but if it helps I'm game.

If I were in your shoes Kim I would be down at that police station demanding to know why they refused to cooperate with Tim and his organization. If they don't want to look for Michael then they should cooperate with anyone who wants to search for him. If you don't get any cooperation from the detectives then ask to talk to the chief of police. If nothing happens there then contact the Attorney General of your state. Maybe you can get some action there. There is no good reason for LE not cooperation with Tim Miller.

I hope LE at least has sense enough to take a look at the wife's record of abuse and that they question her. Nothing probably happened at their home but they could go over their vehicles with a fine tooth comb. If they would get off their lazy butts they can find out where the truck was repaired and talk to the workers of that repair shop. It doesn't sound like they are doing anything :furious: Do you know the name of the town where the truck was repaired? If so, I would make some calls to the body shops in that town myself and see what you can find out. Course if it is a big town there may be a list of repair shops a mile long! It is your brother's truck and you should be able to ask questions about the repairs....I think anyway.

It's unfortunate, but the highest authority in AZ is the sheriff, and if they choose not to do anything there is no one willing to step in any force the issue. We actually know the name of the repairman and gave the info to the Navajo County Sheriff's office. He reported seeing Gina, but not Michael and , in fact, stated that the cab of the truck was so full no one else could have fit. Nobody saw my brother traveling with her. She then gave away my brothers truck which left her with no vehicle 1500 miles from home. The bumpers and tires were immediately stripped. The vehicle was blacklighted on the inside, but never fully processed. That was the call of the sheriff's office. It's scary to find out this way the kind of power authority has, even in our country. I have taken to appealing to the media and the politicians to hopefully put pressure on the sheriff. He is not seeking re election and apparently does not care. I have begged for help from the governor, the atty general, the FBI, congressmen. So far, not one of them is willing to step on the toes of the Navajo County Sheriff. I appreciate your ideas and I will never stop trying until my brother is found.

Kim, I can't begin to imagine the frustration that you must be feeling. What a bunch of lousy LE people in your area. Everyone is tying your hands!! Is there any chance of you being able to talk to the repairman? He should have been able to tell if it looked like the truck hit or ran over a person as opposed to a tree or something like that. What did he do to the truck...repair the damage or replace parts? Wonder if the parts are laying around there somewhere if he replaced them? If so, there might be blood on them or a piece of clothing or something to prove the truck was involved. Of course you would need a forensic person to go over the parts....not one in your area..for sure.

That witch sold that truck because it was involved in a crime! Is she back in your town now? What does she say about Michael...where he is? Of course anything she told LE would be a lie. She did something to him. I can't imagine a woman acting like a man when someone wants to leave her. Women aren't usually that violent. Sounds like she has some real head problems.

I really wish I could come up with something for you but I have racked my brain and I don't know what else you could try. Would it help if some of us contacted the sheriff? I would be happy to do that if you will give me his email address or regular address. Maybe if he realizes that people are watching this case he will get off his butt.

Have you had any communication with Kelly whose son Jason is missing? She has an organization that helps people with missing loved ones. She might be one who could come up with something for you. I can't remember the name of the organization but someone on here will let you know after they read this.

OK, so let's do this:

Map out the possible routes between Snowflake and where she went in MO. Contact all of the State Law enforcement agencies, such as Texas Rangers, etc., in all the states she could have possibly gone through. Include in the agencies that we contact the Dept of Justice and the FBI, the Governors of all those states, etc. Possibly contact the major news outlets in some of the major cities?

We could do a flyer, with details on the disappearance. I'll be happy to take the details part, and put it in a brief, bullet point type, easy to read attachment to the flyer. Is there already a missing person flyer available for him? A recent picture that we can use?

If we all work together, maybe we can generate some interest and get some heat put on this Sheriff's Office.

Well, finally....my dear friend Holliston is certainly not afraid to look for answers and take them on !!! :woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

I'll be anxious to see how many boats he rocks, and he will.

Kim - I hope we're on the right road here. I'm still working on some of the other suggestions I made up above.

Barb

Oh thank you thank you thank you :blowkiss: for getting this man involved!

Barb, I can do a map with possible routes. I'll start working on that asap and get back to ya. Thanks for the great idea :blowkiss:

When you get the routes mapped out please let us know what you want us to do.

Barb and GiGi,
I can't tell you how much I appreciate your help! According to Gina and her credit card trail, she followed I40 to I35, we know she stopped in Albuquerque, Witchita, KS, then up to Lees Summit where her brother works. At the very beginning of March my niece travelled that route in her car. She stopped at every rest stop, restaurant, etc. and spoke with highway patrol all along the way while hanging flyers. She spoke to the repairman in Witchita and the casino people in Kansas City. She spoke to the brother and mother in Raymore, MO. She worked closely with LE in that area. All of this was done while it would have been fresh in their minds. Actually, she was travelling to MO as Gina was travelling from. She found a couple of people that saw Gina, but none that saw Michael. Gina took Michael's dog with her and left her with Gina's mother, where my niece found her and took her back home. I have been sending info to news people in Witchita and Kansas City trying to get them to put out a story.
I have a list of phone and email of people that I have asked for help, none of them have responded yet. If LOTS of people phone or email them I hope they will see the potential in a story. For anyone willing, I think this may be our only hope, to get the media involved and FORCE someone to look closer at this case. Thank you all so much!
