I'm 99% sure I just found this guy's Facebook page. No posts since 2020 but it says he's from Honduras.

I can see his Facebook too, definitely looks like the same guy. Could somebody call this in? Maybe get LE to reach out to people on his friends list? (Please nobody do this themselves)

I had something like this a while ago. I notified the authorities, pointing them to the FB page.
 
Interesting. Is there a post-mortem photograph of the John Doe? I'd imagine there would be striking difference in the ID vs. the postmortem if that is the case.
No, I guess not. Namus says "Not recognizable - Partial skeletal parts only"
