Thanks Hiandmighty for the article. Good read. And, they could have added HM for source material. Psychopathic no doubt. The parts about getting rid of the parents who might expose the child's fraud, or were preventing the child from their lifestyle sounded right out of the Mack handbook.

The interesting twist to this story is HM involving TS in her schemes. I would think TS is in danger of receiving the same feat as SWM. After reading this story, it looks like TS could be next if he threatens to expose her.

Next court date for HM is the beginning of May. Bibbs will be sentenced in another month or so.

Ha ha ha...I told you she's got friends in high places. She's been working and manipulating everyone around her since the day she was arrested. She's got prison guards as friends on her freakin facebook. She's had all of them eating out of her hand since the first talk of her being a "millionaire American heiress". She's had nothing but perks since the first KFC complaint which was altered to McDonalds.

HM's still got at least 7 years to go and it's about to get real. No Stella to hide behind or to distract or amuse her or to use to get money and perks or as leverage with TS. I think even HM has gotten the message: keep posting videos on social media, and she won't get sentence remissions.

I think she's already been drinking and getting into drugs. What surprises me is that she seems to have managed to keep her 'attitude, you know what it do' under control. I think there's less violence in the women's area than in the men's, but women have been beaten up before.

It would be interesting to see how often Oshar brings Stella to visit after a few months. I read that it's an hour journey from her home to the prison. That would mean she'd almost have to stay for at least an hour to make the trip worth while - I can't see her being allowed to just leave Stella there while she runs errands, but who knows. I can't see someone making a trip like that more than once a week at most.

FWIW, judging by her fb, OS spends most of her days driving around for her job and her children go to a private school about a 20 minute drive from Kerobokan. I'd imagine she drops them off each day. So it is not a big inconvenience to her to be bringing Stella to the prison. And now it appears that they've also got the "governor" working to make sure that they can all visit whenever (and probably wherever) they like.

OMG yes!! Does this prison warden even realize the irony of that statement? Does she somehow think she needs to be a "motherly" figure to this psychopath who is in there for killing her own mother?

I think what the Prison Governor said is offensive.
Especially to the family of Sheila.
Ms Pratiwi may be counselling HM about loosing her daughter, but she is there to oversee a criminal who killed her mother.
Maybe that would be a better conversation to have with HM.

The irony floors me.
 
How is HM getting money these days? People aren't helping her for free. No wonder TS is loosing it. He sees HM literally getting away with murder every day.
 
I've actually been doing a bit of reading on US 'Son of Sam' laws, the laws designed to prevent criminals from profiting from their crimes by selling their stories.

It's not as clear as I thought. It's quite possible that HM has been getting paid for some of her interviews. It's also likely that some of the money Oshar is getting for Stella is finding its way to 'gifts' for HM.

I hope HM is still watching IG, even if she no longer posts there. I hope she's watching the posts from her prison friend, 'Nadushka', the other millionaire. Nadushka really is very rich and she's out of jail and posting pictures of herself living large. I hope HM cringes every time she sees one of those pictures.

Of course, Nadushka's mom and dad are alive and well. She's content with living large, no need to kill her parents because she's in a hurry to get it all.

^sbm. Interesting post. Has anyone searched for comparable law applicable to HM? Does IL have SoS law?
Would it apply to HM's criminal acts re SvWM's death in Indonesia, a foreign country?
Does it depend on location of publisher or movie producer/production? Or other factor?
Would HM's acts in IL planning death/conspiring make IL law applicable to them?
If so, does law also require HM's presence in IL while receiving $ from selling story?

If there are Indonesian laws, I'd be surprised if they went after HM. Too easy to funnel the money through Oshar, especially in the guise of being for Stella the last two years.

In the US, you have federal and state laws, but, as you note, the actual crime wasn't in the US, nor did any money go to someone physically in the US. I honestly just don't think any money that People or Daily Fail or the TV shows have paid HM amounts to enough to be a high-priority issue right now. After all, the punishment often means confiscating the profits and putting them into the estate to go to legitimate heirs - which, in this case, would be Stella anyway.

If she got paid, it hasn't been often or much by western standards. At one time, a minister offered her a private cell if she would make arrangements for Stella. IIRC, the private cells ran about $700/month at the time - hugely expensive, but that's what you'd expect in a prison, right? I'm sure if HM had been able to come up with that kind of money, she would have gotten roomier accommodations. I also believe there's some truth to her trading off food meant for Stella. I suspect for a while, her friend Nadushka was paying for cigarettes and beer.

She is taking pictures of a famous DJ (I believe that's what he is) and putting her face onto his girlfriends. She's done this before, and for quite some time. I picked up on it when I noticed that her face appeared to look strange in some pictures. Therefore, I believe that there is still a chance that she could be in prison, some of the pictures she still posts appear to show that she may still be. There's always the off chance that she has been released and spends her days photoshopping her face on to someone else, I suppose. Anyways, through heather I've become interested in her mostly because there's no information to be found on what she did to end up in hotel k.
 
Hi JBrown!!! So glad to see you post. Thanks for the info on Nadushka. I don't follow any of them, so it's nice to see someone else's perspective. BTW-Don't you think putting your face on other women's bodies is weird? Your right, maybe she is still in prison and she is living out a fantasy life.

Someone once posted on HM's IG account on a picture of HM and Nadushka, asking Nadushka what she was in for. She said 'drugs'. After the article in the DM that showed her picture as well as HM's and described the way they carried on, she deleted a lot of her comments, including that one.

I think because she is in Indonesia, anything is possible, anything can be bought and sold, and its very likely that there has been some deal.
I don't think HM would have been so well dressed up and so many photos taken of her (might have been DM) and Stella without some type of payment or barter exchange.
Its not until HM slips up will someone say something about any of this.

Lets see how much times goes by before we hear that her sentence might be reduced...

And I notice HM is still using her IG, just not posting any pics on her page. She likely uses it a lot for messaging.
