Bankrupt Casey Anthony interviewed by KPHO CBS in Phoenix #2

Thank you for posting this. I wonder how many of her team have withdrawn. I also wonder what the conflict was.

I wonder too. I wish media would find out the answers for the public.

I think Ferwerda and the lawyers in her firm, Jacobson, McClean, Chmelir are the attorneys who have pulled out.
Andrew Chmelir has been on some of the bankruptcy documents, and has attended some of the bankruptcy hearings, and has been on media videos along with Ferwerda. These attorneys were working closely with Charles Greene.

In the photo with Casey, Charles Greene's team are holding a sign that says "TEAM CASEY". The "TEAM CASEY" is Charles M. Greene with John G. DeGirolamo and Richard Solomon, and Richard Reinhart in recent photo of smiling Casey with attorneys - I hope they have all pulled out.

I think Casey has a lot of nerve to "seek additional counsel", when the lawyers she wants will have to work for FREE, and most likely will NEVER see a dime of payment for their legal work. I hope NOBODY will agree to work for her now.

I don't think the bankruptcy judge would allow David Schrader to withdraw from representing Casey now, because he is the main bankruptcy attorney on record. Ferwerda was "co-counsel".

In my opinion, it is not fair to let Casey's attorney Schrader get away with missing deadlines, just because they cannot organize their efforts between alllllll of her attorneys. I guess that is one downfall to having so many attorneys.

I would imagine the "conflict" with the attorneys and their client, Casey Anthony, has something to do with how they are proceeding with the Zenaida and Kronk lawsuits. Maybe the attorneys wanted to work on a SETTLEMENT, but their client refused???? Maybe it was about how none of the attorneys are being paid??? Maybe their client wants to "disappear" as attorney Schrader threatened in a filing in June, and not deal with the Zenaida and Kronk cases???

His name is on the documents but it sounds like others were doing the work- it says that a conflict arose between her and 'others on the team' including those who were preparing her answer in this case....
On the other hand, each time they ask for a delay IIRC it's due to some problem arising with attorneys not being ready - they give as an excuse one problem after another!

So it sounds as if this lawyer signed on maybe as a favor to someone just to get FCA's BK filed in her preferred location but wasn't doing any of the work?

And, I go along with one excuse after another to delay and delay. I hope the Judge finally gets the message that her lawyers are not abiding by the dates he sets to file the required documents. They are always filing a delay request at the last minute of the last day as if to snub His Honor's orders. It's almost as if FCA is still snubbing her nose at the law. I hope he flat out denies their request.

It wouldn't surprise me one bit if her lawyers wanted her to agree to a settlement, and she dug her heels in and refused. She has never taken responsibility for anything. Remember what happened when baez and mason suggested she take a plea deal during the trial.

That was my first thought also - maybe Ferwerda and the attorneys in her law firm and maybe Greene and his "TEAM CASEY" attorneys, want Casey to agree to a SETTLEMENT with Zenaida and Kronk, but their client refused.

Casey has had several years to get emboldened by victory after victory in the courts. The not-guilty verdict, then 2 of the 4 counts in her criminal trial overturned on appeal, then all the overlooked wrongdoing during her bankruptcy case. She expects all the attorneys to just keep on fighting Zenaida and Kronk with no hope of EVER being paid for their work.

The part I like is that not just ONE attorney quit - MORE than one quit her!!!! The attorneys who never filed a Notice of Appearance in the bankruptcy case, are not named. Only Ferwerda is named because she had filed a Notice of Appearance in the bankruptcy case.
