I think we really have to remember that this woman is a liar and the word "adopted" could be taken really loosely.

It probably means it belonged to whoever she was staying in and she lets it in to have some "company" and pretend it's her "own toy".

I don't believe she has ever actually owned a dog. When has she ever told the truth before?

IF she did have a dog she couldn't afford to buy food for it, toys, Vet bills, licencing etc...and she had to give it up..

Her BK filing has a lot of UNKNOWNS in it, it is IMO vague

She did not give specifics about her finances, GIFT CARD amounts Unknown?
Money, checks have been sent to her attorneys and all of that "gifted" income should be investigated..

Is there an Escrow company? Who specifically hands the funds to her?

What I see thus far is someone who wants to be declared Bankrupt and have her debts discharged but does not want to give full disclosure to the creditors and trustee...

Gonzalez's lawyers already had their chance to question Anthony about

her finances, and shouldn't be granted a second opportunity.

The filing comes after Gonzalez's legal team asked U.S. Bankruptcy

Judge K. Rodney May for an examination of Anthony, similar to a

deposition, to find out more about her finances.

At a creditors meeting earlier this month in her recently filed Chapter 7

bankruptcy, Anthony testified that, through her attorneys, she had

received money and gifts from well-wishers.

She didn't identify those people.

She also declined to identify who's been supporting her day-to-day

needs. Anthony testified that she pays no rent or utilities, and lives "for

free," thanks to the kindness of unnamed "friends."

A James M Schober is listed in the Motion because he has submitted a written offer of $10,000?

The Trustee would like to entertain other bids, higher bids for the Property?

If I'm reading this correctly she would NEVER be able to make a penny off her story or Caylee's story as whoever the trustee sells the rights to would have the rights in any way, shape or form to those stories and he would get the proceeds even if she tried to make a deal.

This is the way I'm reading it - if so I love it - someone called her bluff.

I love this guy - OH SNAP -sounds like he means business and it's only fair! I'm hoping one of our great and kind attorney's will read the filing and give us their opinion. :silly:

I wonder if her lawyers(all of them..BK, civil and criminal) anticipated this?

I am guessing, that a motion like this happening/being filed must have crossed someones mind on her team NO?...

Decide to file for BK to get rid of the debts and the civil suits but that means taking a risk that her rights to her/Caylee's story and her potential future earnings can be taken away as well...

Wouldn't it be great if someone purchased her rights and then donated them to Equusearch? That would be a fitting end .
I would really like to know what her share of the Dr Phil money is/was.
It is obvious to me that is how she's living.
