She raised her... she is also a narcissist. They take and take and are highly offended if people ask them for money and tell them they owe them. They are entitled and special. Don't be surprised if you hear the baby killer is collecting social security disability. I say she has already filed for that and is probably collecting. Her attorneys shelter the money her adoring fans send her. Yep, life is good!

But don't get dismayed. These types luck run out eventually...when it does they come to a brutal end.

That money was being held by the middle finger pistal legal eagle mason. He told us on video she get thousands from her fans and it comes to his office. He indicated he takes care of it for her.

I imagine dr phil's boatload went to all the board members. IIRC, cindy (chief narcissist), george, lee, mallory and her mother. However, I could have my charities mixed up. They had a few. cindy's attorney was the chief on one of them. Yep, cindy's attorney is guarding their windfall, as the baby murderer's attorneys are guarding hers.

I suspect this was filed because they are about to negotiate a deal and really want to see some money this time w/o all those nasty people like Roy Kronk, Tim Miller, etc claiming some.

The only way to get under the skin of a narcissist is to go after their money. It is the only object they truley love and cherish. They love to spend money but not their own. But money is their achilles heel, for sure. She can't dismiss the taxes and she can't dismiss money proved owed to people after she does her bankruptcy.

:twocents: I am not in the least bit surprised that Longo got her first dipping of the toe. He was the guy who got the exclusive on Baez's book and IIRC he participated in a documentary that Baez put out about the case.

But what stands out about Longo for me was his 'via satelite' interview with Jeff Ashton about his book. Longo did not put on the kid gloves he did with Baez and I felt Ashton was set up. Because Ashton was clearly put on the spot and embarassed when Longo asked him if he was profiting from the book and if he intended to donate any profits to charity. Ashton told him that was his business. It was one of those "awkward" moments.... Here are some of the questions Longo asked. :waitasec:

Why wasn't Cindy Anthony charged with perjury?
How is it acceptable to discuss Casey's psychological report without sanctions?
When did you negotiate your book deal?
Would you use some of the forensic scientists who testified in the Casey Anthony trial in another, future case?
Are you profiting off the book, or donating any of the profits?

That said a smiling picture of this thing with a new set of lawyers does not change how the vast majority of the public feel about her...... and never will. Sadly for a while she may find media outlets willing to pay her under the table but she will never lead anything like a normal life or be viewed by decent, ordinary people as anything but a side show. ya know angel, 2 1/2 years ago I could have answered this succinctly but honestly, I've tried to put so much of this case out of my psyche that I can't recall all the details anymore. I will try but I'm going to defer to AZlawyer to fill you in and correct my memory because believe me, it is vague now. lol

I just recall that after Casey filed for indigency status, the JAC (some FL commission that I can't even recall what the acronym stands for now haha!) had to approve all those kind of expenses. Baez purported that his experts had agreed to work for whatever funds JAC approved which were FAR, FAR less than their usual fees. I have no idea what those experts really agreed to - only Baez knows. Anyway, I have no idea what, if anything, he paid them but yes, I would assume that the funds JAC gave him were expected to be distributed as he claimed they would be.

AZ, you still around to fill in the blanks or correct my memory? Please have at it!

Sounds right to me. I'm sure the experts were paid for the JAC-approved portions at least.

I can't remember the details either, but I thought JB complained to the judge that the state was paying him "slave wages" or was he referring to the expert fees when he said that?

I believe he was referring to the amount Casey had actually paid him divided by the number of hours he'd put into the case.

How can she value her pictures and family pictures at $25? In my world my pictures might only be worth $25 but in FCA's world her family pictures are a lot more valuable IMO. As pertains to earnings of course. God what a mess

Excellent point. Hopefully a creditor will bring that up at the Meeting of Creditors (a time to ask questions about the assets and debts) or a 2004 Exam (deposition of the debtor).

Would it be best for someone who wants to HELP the creditors a little [Zenaida, Tim Miller, Roy Kronk, realtor, expert witnesses, etc.], to write directly to a creditor who is listed on the bankruptcy filing, and provide the creditor with detailed information regarding FCA's money sources and ommissions of other creditors [Lee Anthony, prosecutor Frank George, State Witnesses, P.I. Pat McKenna, Atty Mason, Atty Fryer, Atty Dot Sims, jury consultant Rosalie Bolin, church people Steve Camp of the Cross Church, etc.] on the filing, or to write to the Bankruptcy Court?

Where is the docket posted for bankruptcy cases?

Write to a creditor, definitely. Probably Morgan & Morgan. The court will disregard any outside communications.

The case will have been assigned to a judge already.

And, if I am remembering correctly, Cheney Mason said in one interview that many people were being very generous in their "gifts" to Casey.

In the filing it says that gift cards and monetary donations are "unknown."

How can that be acceptable to the BK court?

Again, someone should bring that up at the Meeting of Creditors.

Everyone saw this coming, what I don't understand is why she filed before the civil cases are over with, unless they are added to the bankruptcy before a judgement is even brought down, which I can't see how that could happen.

She just wants to be free to get money for interviews and book deals.

I do not understand how all those people pictured with her can stand being around her for one minute, much less pose with her like they just love her.

I just wrote to the General Manager at that station, to complain.
I sincerely hope everyone in their viewing area and beyond, does the same.
