Just wondering (prob stated before but I can't find anything about it),,, can creditors put some kind of lien on future money made (like a book or movie deal). I hope so!!!

My guess is that is the answer as to why she is filing for bankruptcy now. If she has the two lawsuits cancelled, then if she signs a movie deal she won't have to share any profits.

(I don't believe she is filing to cancel the suits for "closure". You can't have closure on something you never felt in the first place.)

BTW when FCA was doing a video diary and it leaked, didn't she say she had a job? So what happened to her job?

From what others have posted she has an EXPIRED licence, I guess the Gov't takes expired, unlicensed, not valid DL as ID.

Not sure, Intermezzo, but they could. For what it's worth, the last time DH renewed his driver's license (here in FL) he asked if he could keep the old one. He said they cut one corner off the expired one and handed it back to him. :dunno:

I still have my previously expired Florida DL's.. with one of the corners cut off..they just handed it back to me after giving me the Temporary paper one.

She may very well have her old DL...the one she was using in 2008...if she never went to renew it the corner wouldn't be cut off either.

Just more lies and deception. An "indigent" woman shows up to court with how many attorneys? To do what? Declare bankruptcy...with how many attorneys at her side? And she is in full black winter mode...coat, stockings, infinity scarf, floppy hat....in FLORIDA! with temps in the mid-60s today (with matching black nail polish to boot). All the latests styles. She's still working it. (There is money everywhere in this case or no one would be around her just out of the goodness of their heart)

P.s...shouldn't maybe the title of this thread be re- named?

To me the Laptop is not included in the"located at Hopespring drive"

so she is saying to the Trustee she has a laptop and it's located at her mother's house?

The way I read the above is that the bed, dresser, night stand, entertainment unit and the bike are located at Hopesprings Drive
The Laptop and 2 Digital Cameras IMO are with her.

Well she has another laptop - I guess the one she referred to as "her own she doesn't have to give back" in her video diary. She claims it was given to her by her legal team so she could communicate with them. No she could not name any particular lawyer that gave it to her but Baez delivered it to her. She now states it belongs to them and is not hers to keep.
She declined to say who was paying for the internet connnection when questioned by Zenaida's lawyer.
She also has a cell phone that I understood was a gift that Baez delivered to her. She would not say outloud who is paying for the charges but would give that information in writing to the Trustee "for safety and security reasons."

I laughed out loud when she said she didn't own a car and her mode of transportation when she wanted to go somewhere was that she takes the bus. Sure she does!

No her current laptop belongs to all her lawyers and is apparently not hers to keep but just to communicate with them. Oh yeah, and she can't remember what the address is she uses to talk to them - as in yahoo, aol or gmail or whatever.

Anyhow - the laptop she's declaring must be Cindy's old one - what does Cindy need it now for? Bet she got a new one after the Dr. Phil show...
I wonder whatever happened to her old cell phone? Wouldn't that also belong to her even if it has the largest cellphone lock on it ever?

LOL I'm picturing something on that particular cellphone that is kind of like those tire locks they use on cars that have parking tickets - those big yellow things...hahaha!
