'No stained garment, no smoking gun, nothing,': Cosby juror explains why he wasn't convinced by the plaintiff

That juror is a real doozy. Here's a good article that sums up his confusion:

http://jezebel.com/at-least-one-of-the-jurors-for-bill-cosbys-trial-sounds-1796367944

Excerpt:
The juror who spoke to the AP questioned the long delay in bringing charges against the TV star, suggesting that “no new evidence from ’05 to now has showed up, no stained clothing, no smoking gun, nothing.”

In reality, prosecutors reopened the investigation in 2015 after the public release of a deposition that Cosby gave in 2005 and 2006 as part of accuser Andrea Constand’s lawsuit against him — testimony that hadn’t been offered when another district attorney passed on the case in early 2005. Prosecutors used Cosby’s deposition as evidence at the criminal trial

The part that floors me is that he judged her by what she wore (hello 1950s!) and took to his house. Even if she had intended to become involved with BC, this jurist missed the point of the drugging and nonconsensual sex. I'm embarrassed for him.

The above is just my opinion.

She could have gone over there with the sole intention to actually have sex with him and it STILL makes him completely guilty of drugging and having sex with a compromised woman which is rape.

Then again, this is the country where in NC, a woman can revoke consent and the man can go on and finish against her will and it's fine. So I'm not surprised.

It blows me away.

In another article, I read that BC jurists were crying. Now I know why. If I had to be in a room with that guy's attitude for a week, I would have been in tears too.

Shame on him. Sadly, I know a lot of guys like him, and id he's like them, he'll likely never understand the situation until he walks a mile.

The above is just my opinion.

Just heard about this on CNN news this morning:

Bill Cosby to Hold ‘Town Halls’ on Sexual Assault Following Mistrial
http://variety.com/2017/tv/news/bill-cosby-sexual-assault-town-halls-1202476138/

“Mr. Cosby wants to get back to work,” his spokesman Andrew Wyatt said on WBRC’s “Good Day Alabama” in Birmingham. “We’re now planning town halls and we’re going to be coming to this city sometime in July … to talk to young people because this is bigger than Bill Cosby.”
“This issue can affect any young person, especially young athletes of today, and they need to know what they’re facing when they’re hanging out and partying, when they’re doing certain things that they shouldn’t be doing,” he continued. “And it also affects married men.”

Senility begins early in some individuals.
