According to BPD, AROUND 5:20 p.m., east precinct officers received a call that there was a vehicle accident at the scene of the shooting. Officers arrived on scene and soon learned that they were going to be investigating a shooting after observing a blue sedan in the front yard of a residence that was riddled with bullets.
