I know one thing for sure, mission is a word that has a whole new meaning now and whenever I hear the word I think of DM and his crew. I need mission deprogramming.

All MOO.

I'm kind of in the same boat. His version (mostly) comes off as believable to me. But then, there's that other charge.

I suspect part of the reason he does seem believable to me is accounting for the last 3 years. While DM spent his time writing letters to CN trying to come up with a way to snow the jury, MS spent the last 3 studying to get his GED and continue his education. Now on the surface that doesn't really say much but it does speak to their separate priorities. I suspect DM is exactly who he was 3 years ago while MS may not be. If that makes any sense.

But what about MS's attempts to communicate with his GF, MM? Why are they being brushed over? While we have the letters from DM, we have no idea what kinds of things MS was trying to tell MM to do and say.

And didn't DM already have his high school diploma? It would be ridiculous to think he'd spend his 3 years doing that if he already has it. Wasn't he instead working on inventions and reading books, is that not just as worthwhile a way to spend time? And is this really how we're going to judge which one is more guilty than the other?

Court is now in session. The jury is being recalled.
