MCCREARY COUNTY, Ky (WYMT) - Autopsy results revealed the identity of the remains found in McCreary County in late March.

The remains were identified as Charles Murphy, 26, of Stearns.

Murphy had been reported missing in June 2015.

In the early morning hours of October 23rd, 1988, the body of Tammy Thorpe, 20, was discovered off a gravel road outside Warrenton, Virginia.

According to police, Tammy was last seen around 3:00 am driving her 1986 Pontiac Grand Am. The State Medical Examiner determined Tammy had been shot multiple times and evidence from the scene indicated a small caliber handgun was involved.

GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas - Police are investigating the death of a 4-year-old girl from Grand Prairie.

Leilana Wright died on March 13 after being rushed to Medical Center Arlington. The Tarrant County medical examiner found blunt force trauma and called the little girl’s death a homicide.

Police have identified the woman as Reet Jurvetson, who moved to Los Angeles from Montreal the year she was killed, according to People.

Grant Ruffin Hayes, Amanda Hayes' ex-husband, was convicted of first-degree murder in 2013 in Ackerson's death. Ackerson was last seen alive in Raleigh on July 13, 2011, and her dismembered remains were found 11 days later in a creek outside of Houston, Texas.
