Circumstances of DisappearanceMr. Lindsay made a Facebook post on 3/27/2020 stating he was in a parking lot by the transportation center in Fairfield, CA and implied that he was stuck there or otherwise didn't want to be there. The MP does not have family in Fairfield, CA nor is he believed to have any acquaintances there. Mr. Lindsay's cousin tried to call his cell phone number but it went straight to voicemail. He hasn't made any further Facebook posts.

Based on the phone call I would be willing to guess he was under the influence of something. He was arrested on drug charges on March 2 of this year. LINDSAY, ANDREW JOSEPH Record Of Arrest In Anaheim CA 214838 The charge Health & Safety Code 11377 (a) HS is the California drug law that makes it a crime to possess methamphetamines and certain other narcotics for personal use. It's only a felony under certain conditions (crystal meth and/or certain priors).
