BTW, It looks like the Bernsteins have filed a wrongful death civil suit that is due for a hearing on Monday, August 17.

I went to OCSA with Blaze (a few years older than him) which is what brought me to WebSleuths. I am so over SW's hearings being pushed back again and again. Everyone here is, it's ridiculous. Next hearing is supposedly Nov 6th but who knows if that will even happen. We are nearing 3 years since Blaze's death and still no justice.

Well then, on with the Wrongful Death suit! At least the WDS dates are June and July (so far). Grrrrrr.
Defense attorneys almost always delay trials for as long as they can. Rage, anger, the cry for justice, etc., and other factors, lose a bit of steam with every day that passes -- or at least that's the defense theory.
Sweet Blaze and his hurting parents deserve justice along with the People of the State of California.

Could be sentenced from 26 years to life in prison without parole.
