I am reseaching links and trusts and so shouldn't be posting but...referring to gitana1's post again, I realize I have probably been one step behind everyone else on this case. Again. Can it really be true that Bob's daughters - who are such sticklers for Mom's and Dad's wishes - are trying to force Fontelle to pay rent on the marital home? And/or reduce her allowance? So she can't afford to live there and they can sell it?
Really? I mean really?
I understand it may have been difficult to have a stranger in the family and no Dad there to be the intermediary but.....tough. He couldn't have stated his wishes more clearly than marrying this lady. He wanted to take care of her, cherish her, have fun with her.
Not charge her rent for the privilege of living in his home, of that I am certain....... The behaviour in this case just gets worse and worse, it really does.
