From an analytical point of view, the amount of 21 shots leads to a "raging murder" theory, indicating the murder him/herself was very angry and vengeful. A hired hitman routinely fire 1-3 well placed shots.

It could very well mean "raging murder", or it could also mean a unexperienced marksman who had to keep firing to get the right shot. Depending on what type of gun was used, some guns fire continuous shots. One thing is for sure, they kept shooting until they got the victims they wanted. If the boy was targeted as they say he was, I do think it's possible there is a connection to his biological parent. Perhaps whomever his bio mom shot had someone who wanted revenge. That is not to say his biological mom was involved, but maybe someone connected to her in some way was.

Maybe the person who shot wasn't an experienced marksman or perhaps the gun used was a gun that fired continuous shots.

Furthermore, I was informed by a family member who was trying to assist me in serving Andra with court subpoenas, that the child drowned in the family pool when he walked out to that area unsupervised because Andra had been consuming alcohol and had passed out. Wow!!!

The OC Coroner's report gives identical times of death for both the Sachs - 1.46am. Not sure if the time of the child's injury is listed elsewhere on the website.

On 2/9/2014, case number 14-024475, it says the call for 'unknown trouble' was received at 1.46:54 and was despatched at 1:49:47.

I wonder what time police actually arrived at the home? I was thinking that if they got there quick, any killer in a vehicle might have to have passed them, what with Peppertree being a dead-end.

I find it interesting that there are two sides to AS and BS...

On one side they reportedly were ruthless in their business dealings...

Yet... On the other side we see a couple that adopted three children...

I noticed AS's full name is Andra Resa Sachs...

Is Resa her maiden name?

Or is it her middle name?

What nationality are AS and BS... ?

And BS's middle name is Hans...

Were they born in the USA?... Or elsewhere?

If they were born elsewhere... Could there be ties to other countries?

Just some thoughts...

Peppertree Lane is a short double cul-de-sac and is NOT gated. Many if not most of the estates are gated individually. The Sach's gate is more like a steel "wall". You cannot see thru it at all.

So by the looks of that picture that is linked, it looks like you could walk up to the front of the house, but are you saying that the steel wall is in the front of the house?

The photo in most of the news reports is NOT the Sach's home. The police and detectives' cars are positioned at end of cul-de-sac and that particular house does not have a gate at all. The Sach's house has a winding uphill "switchback" type of driveway. The house is high atop a hill...way above the actual street you see. I will try posting photos tomorrow during daylight!

This is only half of what I found. I didn't want to block the thread up with a huge post. Mrs Sachs had another business name of Andra Lacho Sachs too. I cannot imagine the paperwork their lifestyle generated.

Sounds like Andra was looking out for herself and didn't care who's life she ruined in the process. This is typical narcissistic behavior. They think they are above the law and leave a path of destruction behind them.
