Thank you for the update. Yes I bet something will happen before then -plea deal? Somebody turning on somebody? Where are the boys?The next hearing is October 14th. Hope the trial date of October 24th sticks, but I bet we'll see further delays.

Maybe they are banking on "no body no conviction"? I read yesterday that in some parts of Austraila, where someone is convicted of murder without the body (i.e., Paul Flores) when they come up for parole, it is not granted unless they tell where the body is.
