The order filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday stipulates that Chris must not "harass, strike, threaten, assault (sexually or otherwise), follow, stalk, molest, destroy or damage personal or real property, disturb the peace, keep under surveillance, or block movements of the protected persons named above," with Robyn Fenty listed as the protected person.

The order expires on March 5, 2012, and also requires Chris to surrender or sell any licensed firearms within 24 hours. The order also prevents the teenage R&B star from attempting to dissuade witnesses from attending a hearing or testifying, or trying to "obtain the addresses or locations of protected persons or their family members, caretakers, or guardian unless good cause exists otherwise."

Another stipulation of the order states that the protected person -- Rihanna -- may record any prohibited communications made by the restrained person -- Chris.


Rihanna's attorney Donald Etra told ET Thursday, "Rihanna was ok with the so-called level one protective order, which orders Chris not to annoy, molest or harass her. And Rihanna believes that was totally sufficient."

In the order, Brown is listed as being six feet, two inches tall and weighing 195 pounds

I am just as confused-she has a protective order but not a restraining order. Basically the court is telling him he cannot hurt or abuse her emotionally or physically until 3/2012.

This is not a "no contact order."

I'm not defending that man, but I"m wondering this...

Was that duet already scheduled and if so, was it a contractual agreement that she couldn't have gotten out of without a lot of legal wrangling? You know, breach of contract and such, I'm not very informed on the ins and outs of that kind of industry.

It was just something that came to mind, because I had put myself in her shoes and my personality is that it would be a cold day in H3ll before I spoke to him again.

I have the unfortunate personality trait described by many as "carrying a grudge to the grave". It's not pretty and I've tried to change it over the years. I just can't kick it.

I thought I read somewhere that Garagos asked for a closed door meeting with the judge 3/23 and prosecutors regarding Rhianna's testimony....is it the bombshell we are waiting for? Are they married? Or, is she going to say she started it by hitting him first?

Rumor has it they will be asking the judge to give her a pass from testifying citing privacy issues. Are you kidding me? She is too important to be compelled to testify? And yet out of the other side of her attorney's mouth they are saying of course she will take the stand if asked to do so...WTH???
