Shasta County Sheriff Tom Bosenko reiterated at the news conference that he thought removing Graham's ankle bracelet last week was a bad decision by the judge. He said he felt it put the public in danger.

He said that limited personnel kept his department from being able to track Graham after the bracelet was removed.

Because the body has not been positively identified, there is still a be on the lookout alert for Graham's arrest, Bosenko said. He said until the coroner identifies the body, the Sheriff's Office still considers Graham a threat to the community. There is no estimated time of when the autopsy and the identification of the body will be complete.

Bosenko said he does not think that Ember is still alive.

I feel dreadfully sorry for JG. However it is ridiculous to think that she didn't know what conditions her husband was living in, considering she was moving back in with him the next day. What was he going to do? Magic up a mansion? She knew how he lived. She was prepared to move in there with that child.

Do we know why they split up initially? Were they all living in that trailer before they split? I don't blame mom for dad's actions at all, but for people to consider that she didn't know what she was moving into is daft. She made a choice too. She could have left that baby with her mom if she wanted to live in a pigsty. MG has made some awful decisions and he is to blame for Ember being missing, however moms need to start putting their babies first.

BBM. This part truly baffles me. If she was living with her parents, why would she need to leave the baby with MG while she packed her things? That piece makes absolutely no sense to me. That trailer was a tiny 25' and his cousin and girlfriend apparently resided there so space was very, very tight. Not much to pack, imo.

So now we need to ask ourselves who was on that flyer. How do we find out? Was it the mom or did he have a girlfriend? If he saw them at the bridge at 3 am would he have enough time to get back to his trailer and report her missing by 5:30 am? Where is this creek in relation to the trailer. Anyone know?

If it's one of the "main" flyers being posted by "Find Baby Ember" and others to be shared, printed, posted, etc. it's a picture of JG (the mom) with Ember.

In my own thoughts, I was a little hard on her when this case broke ....but after reading her earlier posts - I can see how she might have truly believed MG was innocent. She obviously latched on to someone that may have not been ready or capable of a healthy relationship. Instead of accepting that- she tried to fix it. MG probably pushed her away numerous times either through his actions or inability to quit his bad habits . Based on her writings, it sounded like she kept coming back. If only she walked away.

She was probably happy as could be packing to move into that trailer. The conditions may have been secondary to her because she had her little family all together and she'd make it a home. I can see her thinking that she would work and get them out of there. MG would turn the corner and get a job and life would be good. (ALL of my own assumptions here but, like you ,I think that's why she could whole heartedly support MG). She was clinging to that dream and hope. This could be her first love so that's why I was wondering if any articles mentioned how long they had a relationship. She probably is shattered losing her baby and MG. I have to remind myself - she is a teenager. I could also believe that Ember's existence may have been a result of trying to get MG to change .

I do hope she had adult guidance trying to steer her correctly but at that age - the more parents push the more kids tend to rebel.

Commenting on my own post because there is current conversation about why JG wanted to move into the trailer. I encourage to read her past public posts prior to Ember. She seemed desperate to change MG and fix him.

I have seen females addicted to creepy guys before. Even suffering physical abuse. The addiction to the guy makes no sense to me,

This sounds like the Tracy Chapman song "Fast Car". So tragic. The desperation this young woman must have felt to be loved by this drugged out trash - enough desperation to let her infant spend the night in the filth and squalor in the heat of summer without water for a bath or even a fan. I have not been able to read any previous FB posts as it seems they are being removed if in the least bit negative. Where does it say she knew the trailer was a hell hole?

Unfortunately, I think she wasn't mature enough to realize the magnitude of change needed. Do we know how old she is?

Sheriff Bosenko said LE hasn't found any other evidence except the pacifier and so the search is suspended again. :(

Anyone know if volunteers are out today?

Oh no I in no way said that substance abuse was not child abuse. Substance abuse while being the sole caregiver for an infant is very much considered neglect by my state's standards as well as most others. This includes legal drugs as well as illegal.

I said that poverty was not abuse as many were questioning the lack of running water and housing situation.

I won't blame that living situation on 'poverty.' Plenty of people living below the poverty line manage to have running water and no sewage dump backing up outside their 25 ft camp trailer. I will bet that MG had more cash coming in than many people do, who still manage to have water and utilities for their children to use. JMO, but I think drugs are to blame here, not poverty itself. Poverty is a by-product, imo.

the cousin and gf did not live in teh travel trailer, they lived in another trailer next to it.

I think the issue is that at one point it is said she did NOT know the conditions of the trailer.

It makes no sense to me either. She only going to be able to fit some clothes and basics in there. Wasn't the baby said to be sleeping in a playpen too? So they had no crib for her? If there was a crib at JG's parents' home why not send it over for Ember to sleep in, rather than make her sleep in a playpen? I just don't like the whole set up, but again I don't blame JG for MG's actions. Just wish she had thought more about her child before moving in to that trailer

Here's a better photo of the local flyer. JG is pictured in two of the small photos.
