I shall be out from Wed. 3/24 thru Friday, 3/26 for surgery on my left carotid artery (this time) - so am posting this now. I'll be back home - hopefully - on Saturday.

*Pretrial Conference/Trial Setting Hearing for both (@ 8:30am PT) – CA- Trinity Love Jones (9) (est. died about Mar. 1, 2019, found Mar. 5, 2019, Hacienda Heights Trail; found in rollaway type duffel bag; believed to be have been placed on the trail Friday, 3/1/19) - *Emiel Lamar Hunt (38/now 40) Bf arrested (3/9/19), charged (3/12/19) & arraigned (11/19/19) & re-arraigned (9/15/20) with 1 count of murder & torture. Plead not guilty $2M bond.
Previously convicted child abuse in 2005 after his toddler son was found unresponsive, malnourished and bruised at their San Diego home.
*Taquesta Alishashas Graham (28/now 30) “mom” arrested (3/8/19 in Hudspeth County, TX), extradited (3/14/19 to Calif.) & booked (3/18/19), charged (3/22/19) & arraigned (11/19/19) & re-arraigned (9/15/20) with 1 count of murder & torture. Plead not guilty. $2M bond.
Convicted sex offender-convicted in 2009 of enticing a minor female for prostitution.

11/3/20 Update: Pretrial conference/trial setting hearing reset to 12/15/20. 12/15/20 Update: Hearing was reset to 2/9/21. 2/9/21 Update: Pretrial conference/trial setting hearing was reset to 3/25/21 for both.

7/13/21 Update: For both: Next pretrial hearing on 9/14/21. 9/14/21 Update: for both: Next motions for discovery hearing on 10/21/21, readiness hearing on 1/13/21 & trial set to begin on 1/18/22.
 
Looks like trial has been delayed... it was supposed to start on 1/18/22 & probably cancelled because of COVID. They should have had a hearing on 1/13/22, but I see on the past hearings another hearing was on 1/6/22. Sorry I missed that one.
