And you know what's really odd about that? The media picked up 123 on the latex gloves, the swabs and the sword, but it's as if they just skipped right over the other items you mentioned like none of that was significant. The reporter claimed to have seen the property receipt from the seizure of those items by the FBI.

It's really not funny, but can you imagine? Dear ole Dad got the seats and carpet ripped out of his $20k+ prized beemer?!?! I'm sure he's mortified...poor fella.....NOT. Talk about karma though? Looks like to me it starts right there. He was probably so worried about those sweet little kids tearing up his car...now look at it.....LOLOLOLOL!

you might have something there - maybe hasanni made a mess of some sort in the precious car and LR went bonkers?? just another fleeting thought ...:)

I thought I had seen or heard somewhere that Parts Yard employee says they saw and heard Hassani. By (PLANTING THE IDEA) I meant that--- Employee hears crying child -- LR says -- My son Hassani , He's unhappy (or what ever } -- so when LE speaks to Parts Yard employee he says "yea LR had Hassani with him ". Have they spoke to that employee again, really questioned him, pardon me for this -- but you know to some guys --- a big 2yr old or a small (30 lb) - 5 yr old, who's to say he (employee) really paid attention.

That sounds like just the thing Ross would do - hope LE are more exact than that.

Funny you mention this. I even wondered if the children drew on the beemer's upholstery or something mischievous like that, and that is where the trouble started?

whoops! i see you got to this thought before me ... sorry for the repeat!
i would also bet that the pd took great pleasure in dismantling his car!! i hope so anyway!

Does anyone know where LR lived before they bought the house on Roxie? I'm wondering if we should be looking at an area that he was more familiar with.

It's cases like this that make me wonder how on earth (most) LE can practice such restraint with perps. I cannot imagine what it must be like if they just KNOW he did it, if the evidence does back it up....I couldn't do what they do. I'da shook the stuffin outta 'im by now.

O/T

Mom - I hope you had a wonderful summer with your granddaughters. I know how much you had to go through to have the summer with them. Hopefully, they'll be back next summer.

:blowkiss:

Hi & welcome back! What I was questioning in my post you quoted was more like where Hasanni could be (disposed of) in the area where the banks (his cell phone alibi) are. As for the bank cameras, I'm sure that's why he volunteered the information to LE that he'd left the kids at home while he went there because he knew it would be found out he was alone. I think though there's a possibility the trip to the bank was to alibi why he was in that area (cell phone pings). MOO :)

As for where Ross put Hasanni's body...my $$$ is on one of these spots right here.

Oh, Thanks panthera for the welcome back!

OT but it was wonderful! Thank you!

I've looked and can't find much. It seems his trail ends in MD...can't tell for sure what year. Don't think he's ever been married or has children. Seems he's been a recluse. mho

Sorry I didn't have it labeled very good.
The creek is Alameda creek
The other area is a body of water I ave yet to identify.
Both are within 0.5 mi of the home

Here's a closer look at the body of water

Most PA's I know are nurses who went back to school for rigorous training. I HIGHLY doubt Ross is a nurse of any kind. He seems to have a severe problem with reality; he gets reality mixed up with his fantasies. Add vindictive anger, need for control, poor social skills, narcissism and you have a beast who continuously calls the wrong shot. I doubt a physician's assistant can specialize in neurology. Who knows for sure what he was going to school for. mho

I agree, he could not be a nurse. He did appear to be wearing scrubs on Aug. 10. At least--that burgundy colored shirt looked like a scrubs shirt to me. Not that that really means anything. Guess he was trying to "dress the part" for the class at Stanford.

This is sort of O/T but I was reading the headlines in the Contra Costa Times and did a second-take on this one: Murder Trial for Fremont Foster Father to Begin....
At first I thought, omg, have they nailed him ? But it's another, horrible horrible murder in 2004; a man beat a 2 year old to death in a drunken tirade--his wife bathed him and put him to bed....

I know we're favoring water and somewhere nearby, but I would think that he would opt for burial and somewhere further. After all, the "abduction" did not occur in Fremont, but a half hour away in a different city. If he wants anyone to believe an abduction took place, I would think it would benefit him more for a body to turn up closer to Oakland than to Fremont. (What are the odds an abductor from Oakland heads to the exact area the kid's from to dispose of a body?)

Also, the Scott Peterson case got such huge national play, and that was an attempt at a water disposal at Berkeley Marina, bodies found not too far from there in Point Richmond bay. Also, the Fremont area is pretty marshy with low water, which may have made it harder for water disposal. I'm guessing he had a lot longer than one day to figure it out.

Other ideas, for whatever they're worth:
the Sierras
Sacramento / Delta area
Marin County open spaces / Sonoma County (lots of land)

I'd be VERY interested to find out which bridges he crossed between 7/31 or therabouts (when text message was sent and neighbors confirm seeing Hasanni) and 8/10. It may tell us about any unusal trips into these areas being that you have the Richmond Bridge, Golden Gate, Dunbarton, Carquinez, Benicia, Antioch, Bay bridges to name a few.

I'm sure it was a scrub shirt, probably the color the neurologists wear at Stanford. lol I didn't see a wrinkle or a spot on it. He must have changed into it for the photo op don't you think? Maybe that means he went to Shuz right from home. mho

Exactly what I was looking for ~ thanks! Yes, close to home (familiar area) and in the same cell tower range I'd assume. MOO

BBM....that's the way it's beginning to seem to me too Columbo...and what it implies really scares me. If he did have longer Jennifer has got to know...all of it.

ETA: You'll notice I gave you a new name....sheesh....sorry

LOL -- photo op. I think it means he must have cleaned up at home before going to Shuz.
