Thinking of her commute home, pregnant, with the baby and Hasanni, makes me wonder if a pregnant JC can handle the commute, why did a seemingly healthy man have to leave Hasanni by the car, instead of taking both the children in. It could have saved time to grab both kids and go back out for the stroller? (Maybe not the most convenient thing, but logical if you don't want to leave a child unattended?) I've carried two children at one time, it's not comfortable and I wouldn't try it for a long distance, but I believe it can be done.
Prayers for Hasanni. :blowkiss:

Great point, BoyzMum! This is SO true! What he says he did doesn't make sense.

I take back everything I said about JC being 'slow' and seeming so timid and controlled. I find myself drifting back to no scent, no witnesses and the mention of no video evidence to prove that the child was there. I'm drifting back further to the last time Hasanni was seen on August 6th and to that text message a full ten days before he allegedly vanished.
But after seeing that last video interview AWC posted, and this one....( this is another 16 minutes of the same interview. Footage I hadn't seen.
http://cbs5.com/video/?id=54319@kpix.dayport.com
She didn't want the kids to begin with. She says so in so many words! She'd left Hasanni in foster care for two years before "he talked her into taking them." Nice that she specifies she could have only taken the baby and left Hasanni in foster care. She even admits knowing he was highly 'unadoptable' or something to that effect. She knew he was highly unadoptable the two yeas she left him there though, and apparently intended to do just that until HE told her to take them.

I think I'm going to puke.

Well, the only thing I can offer to you is that I do not watch videos, and I only occasionally will go to read an article (only if it is very early on in the case or if it contains lots of new and intriguing information that has been hinted at here on the board).

So, there had to have been some mention of it made here--maybe someone was paraphrasing what LR had said during a media interview, or it was a comment that he had made somewhere.

In other words, I read that it was Bank of America right here on the board.

I've had Bank of America stuck in my head too. I have no idea where I read or heard that.

As far as I remember, it was a comment that LR said. It was when he had been asked what he had done that day.

I don't believe that it was something that you were relating as pertaining to yourself, Shutterfly.

I agree

Did you catch that he said in the NBC Bay City article interview that the glove that LE found in his car was a puppet that the little girl was playing with too???

He complained that LE left latex gloves laying all around their house when they searched it & knocked down plastic shelves. Looks like he's trying to say that LE left the latex glove in his car, but at the same time it was a puppet!!!

ETA: An Alameda County Court document shows agents also recovered latex gloves from the car but Ross disputes that.

He told NBC Bay Area's Jodi Hernandez that the glove was a hand puppet that their 1-year-old daughter was playing with in the car.

"They need to check their story." Ross insists. "Was it their latex glove? Because they left all latex gloves. They destroyed parts of the house, knocked down plastic shelves and left latex gloves laying around my home."

(Respectfully snipped)

Well, if in fact they were used by Ross, then they should be able to recover his DNA from the inside of the gloves. I wonder if he's aware of that?

And who uses a latex glove as a hand puppet? It's really not advisable to use any latex around small children anyway, as there are some individuals who have life-threatening latex allergies. I'd think as a medical assistant or whatever he wants to call himself, he'd know that.

It's too bad that it took this to finally get an outpouring of caring for this child. It breaks my heart that he seems to have had nobody in his corner. I hope he at least had some wonderful teachers in his life.

Oh my God, is it POSSIBLE that we've got this all BACKWARDS???

I don't know Shutterfly. I haven't been able to watch this extended video yet, but I know that from the footage I've seen so far, JC's demeanor actually disturbed me more than LR's. Whatever happened, they're in on it together.

I was looking back at the info thread and watched this clip again. JC says that -- she went to unlock backdoor -- she opens door -- just as LR is rounding the corner he says to her " where is Hassani ? - where is Hassani ? " This is 1 of my issues, why is he asking already "where is Hassani? " if this drop-off thing is routine, (being a gramma of two small boys 6 & 8 ) IMO Hassani would have already been through the door, heading for his favorite toy, or the last item he played with at the store,.. but NO - LR does not assume Hassani is just inside the door, LR calls OUT to JC "where is Hassani?" Hmmm.. my 2nd issue, JC says they look all around in the store and outside and even stop people to ask did you see Hassani ? My very 1st instinct,.. again (being a gramma of two small boys 6 & 8 ) would be to scream and yell out the childs name. they LR & JC say they look but I've never heard either of them mention yelling for him to come here or "where are you". I would love to know from people on the street and at the restraunt, if these two were yelling for Hassani? IF and I emphasize the IF someone had taken him, the yelling for the child would probably cause the Perp to run alerting others that something was happening. NOTE * Hassani is probably blowing bubbles and playing ball with God right now, and LR & JC the 2 of you "Will get to speak to God one day too for sure."

I cannot get little Hasanni out of my mind. Is this the 'quiet' period in which LE is just wrapping up loose ends? I certainly hope so.

I hope Louis knows he can be arrested for murder even if no body is located. Let him just keep on talking and calling LE a liar. How dare he? Why would LE frame him or lie about him? LE's heart and soul go into these missing children cases but that does not mean that they are easily fooled.

I pray that little Hasanni is located whatever his circumstances may be. I believe that he is no longer with us, so I do hope his body can still tell the story of what happened to him. I apologize to anyone who thinks he may still be alive.

The truth will come out no matter how long it takes, IMO.

I was just thinking the same thing!

She won't be pregnant forever, hopefully in a few months the investigators can take her in and interrogate her until she cracks!

respectfully bolded by me

The first story was that Jennifer was the one who said "Where's Hasanni" because she was already at the back door, where Hasanni was supposed to be standing. I haven't watched this video yet--is the story different now?
Calling the child's name would be so logical! Why didn't they do that?

Also, wouldn't there be an issue with a toddler swallowing the glove and getting a blocked airway? And he was going to be a medical assistant? Give me a break.

After reading your post a thought crossed my mind. What if Ross had enough and gave JC the choice either the kid goes or I go? Another possible case of the caregiver choosing the BF over the child. Although it looks as though she never wanted him anyhow.

Sadly I think they are both invovled. I also think they killed him several days before the call to 911. they most likely put him in the garbage. I hate typing that, but that is what I feel happened to the poor little guy. there was probably a home visit or dr visit coming up and they needed to come up with a story.

It will be interesting to see if there is video of Ross at the bank. I bet the little girl was in the car with him, and he is just saying he left them both at home to cover his tracks.

How long did Ross know Jennifer before her aunt died? And if Jennifer got even a small amount of money from her aunt, is this a plan to get more?

I think Ross controlled and navigated this train wreck

two foster children (why)

engagement

Pregnancy

The home not safe for special needs child, inconvenient, empty

Empty house, vacant walls, no pics of family, no loving interactions, talks about Hasanni in terms of piano, guitar, violin, books, school, BUT NO PICS of any kind except for graduation.

Jen has a job that is inconvenient and not at all conducive for taking care of children - way too far away for what she must make mho

Ross has ridiculous and expensive goals

I get the feeling I'm seeing a staged relationship - staged caretakers - a staged family life - everything looks staged plus they can't even fake a loving, warm, relationship between themselves or with the children.

Maybe this is the best the two of them can do!! OR this is all planned and there is a life insurance policy somewhere waiting to be cashed in. Learned from Grandma how lucrative death can be. just some rambling thoughts and just my opinions!!!

Yes you must watch it it is in the first 30seconds of clip, JC "Louis rounds the corner and is like do you hava Ha ..where is Hassani ? then the work-up to the " big emotion " and " trying hard to cry" comes...... If that would have been me NOT ReTRIEVING THE CHILD .... the entire block would have heard much more than just "where's Hassani, where's Hassani, you have to have Hassani..." MY HUSBAND would have been praying for a "kid napper" to come and take my HUSBAND far far away from ME or at least a Nanny to take my husband on 30 day adventure away from me... How do these idiots think they can really pull this stuff off.. do they think all life will just go on and they can do WHAT-EVER it is they WANT TO DO, that LE will just say oh story sounds good to us, call us back if your 2 1/2 yr old or your 5 yr old shows up sometime. this stuff is unreal

I'm going to watch it now. I saw the first few seconds with LR beating his chest about how HE calls LE everyday--and did you notice the sick look that JC gave him when he started going on about this?

Anyway, thank you, Protect -R -Babys! I can't believe this....the story is really starting to come unraveled. He said vs. She said.

BBM...
I think you might be right LaL. The reporter who spoke about the video we're flipping over now made the remark that within just a' couple of hours' of the airing of this tape the case was turned over to OPD Homicide. I think LE has known all along and perhaps they've been waiting for lab results to come back? I think the truth may not take too long now. I watched just such as this happen not a month ago in Idaho. Justice was swift and we were all floored when the arrests came.
One thing I'm sure of now. One of them is going down, and one of them is going to sing like a bird. And I wonder if we will get one of those surprize endings that oscar nominations are made of.

It seems there are many variations to their story. I found it somewhat odd that they said one of them asked "Where's Hasanni" then LR immediately called 911. I don't know, I've never been in the situation (Thank the Lord) but it seems strange they didn't run up and down the street looking for him since it apparently just happened, they easily could've seen him closeby.

BBM --

ITA! Do people who do this think they are going to be dealing with Barney Fife? Do they not think LE will investigate? Do they just think they are so much smarter than EVERYONE? Unbelievable.

Oh wow--that video! Phony crying boo hoo hoo; a new story of who asks "where's Hassani" (she's ratting out LR ); and purposefully using the present tense when speaking of Hasanni.
