eyes4crime ITA I have not once seen any loving interactions between JC & LR. Not once have I seen them comfort one or the other. They always sit like they have a wall between the 2 of the. JC even sits with her body turned away from him. Even when he 1st went missing & JC acts or is falling apart crying he dosen't even pat her arm, take her hand to hold it or even glance at her.

Even GA & CA from the Casey Anthony case, put on a show of acting like they are trying to comfort each other, those who follow that case know they had filed for a divorce too! I read someone's post that said well they were fighting just before Hasanni went missing & maybe that's why...well GA & CA only got back together because Cindy didn't want to give George half of everything in the divorce. It was even said they don't even sleep in the same room ever. This is from the discovery docs that Amy & others has testified under oath to as well as Cindy's mother. LR & JC haven't shown no love to each, support or comforting to one another!

This makes me wonder they ever hugged or showed love to either child if they don't display to each even. I'm begining & have been thinging that the 2 children received more love from the foster home they were in than in the household of JC & LR's! JMHO

I've not once seen LR shed one tear for Hasanni or his little sister...complaining yes I've seen that. Maybe it's because even if the checks they received weren't much it's still $ that LR wanted to pay for his luxury items like his beemer etc.

Others are correct too, that the walls etc. are bare (at JC & LR's home) with no pictures of the 2 children...when I look around my room every wall, shelf, & dressers have pictures of my 30yr daughter, 2-grandkids & my 21 neices & nephews. I have run out of room to put new ones, but still manage to find a place to proudly display them all! Great that he shows a couple of them on his laptop, but how are we to even know when he downloaded them & if they were the ones to even take them.

Not even a single video to show Hasanni's limp or how he talks has even been released. Why because they probably never bothered to take any of them. It's known from many of their neighboors that they didn't even know there were children in the home.

I also wonder what kind of dog that they have...he sure does sound big & mean...so what do they need an alarm for. LR says in one video that the dog barks when anyone even walks by the house. Why the need to sleep with a sword under his bed? The dog sounds like he could take care of any intruder if you ask my opinion.

I hope this all makes any sense...I'm typing as I'm thinking about different things that have caught my attention...in no particular order either. I apologize if it dosen't!

LR & JC Where Is Hasanni????

P.S. In the last video I posted from ktuv interview with them they state that JC is pregnant with a girl. Not that the sex of the baby matters, but than again who knows with the way this case is forever changing.

BBM...
I think you might be right LaL. The reporter who spoke about the video we're flipping over now made the remark that within just a' couple of hours' of the airing of this tape the case was turned over to OPD Homicide. I think LE has known all along and perhaps they've been waiting for lab results to come back? I think the truth may not take too long now. I watched just such as this happen not a month ago in Idaho. Justice was swift and we were all floored when the arrests came.
One thing I'm sure of now. One of them is going down, and one of them is going to sing like a bird. And I wonder if we will get one of those surprize endings that oscar nominations are made of.

And it seems like it's her version of the story vs. his version of the story now? If she is innocent, I hope she gets away from LR because this could end with another tragedy. I wonder if she is crying because she knows she is trapped.

It seems there are many variations to their story. I found it somewhat odd that they said one of them asked "Where's Hasanni" then LR immediately called 911. I don't know, I've never been in the situation (Thank the Lord) but it seems strange they didn't run up and down the street looking for him since it apparently just happened, they easily could've seen him closeby.

BBM --

ITA! Do people who do this think they are going to be dealing with Barney Fife? Do they not think LE will investigate? Do they just think they are so much smarter than EVERYONE? Unbelievable.

bolded by me

I know, it seems like people would look around for awhile before assuming that they needed 911...that is, innocent people would.

LOL about Barney Fife. Criminals always do seem to think they are smarter than LE. Scott Peterson is a good example--he thought LE and the world were just going to forget about Laci when they couldn't find her right away.

Thanks, AWC, it's so true you don't see any sign of mutual support between LR and JC. Very odd.

I just watched the ABC7 video. Things I noticed ---

1. Their body language is very odd. He doesn't comfort her at all and she looks like she's trying to get away from him.

2. They use all present tense unlike before when everything regarding Hasanni was past tense.

3. The story changed from JC asking "Where's Hasanni?" to LR asking.

4. She claims they looked around for him now as opposed to the original story when LR said he immediately called 911.

5. LR originally stated (very adamantly) "Hasanni would not wander off" and now JC is saying she thought he might have wandered off.

Maybe they do read here . . . .

We explain to our Grandsons why at 6 & 8 yrs old they still must hold our hand in a store parking lot, keep 1 hand on the cart at the grocery store and play in the back yard (privacy fence), no going out front without an adult, we tell them about " bad people who do bad things to little children ( with details they can understand ) !! " and they understand that it is because we love them and we must protect them no matter what. I know those boys feel safe !! Poor Hassani probably never knew what it was to feel safe and protected, Poor Hassani probably did not understand why he was not protected from the people who should have kept him safe. It breaks my heart wide open to think what that poor baby boy must have thought about this entire bunch they call his "family"... I pray LE will figure this all out

YellowSubmarine I wonder if all of a sudden tonight's vigil that we all suddenly see them holding each other's hands, hugging, & a whole lot of fake croc tears! I'm sure that many other forums & blogs have noticed the same thing as we have....their stories changing to fit what we all have noticed what they say or don't say.....how they act etc. etc. etc. It may not be our site, but I'm betting that they are reading blogs or forums. It all seems to fit with every interview what we are discussing ends up being corrected by them in the next one. I have never seen 2 people change their stories so many times in such a short amount of time.

Maybe the FBi & LE are sitting back not bringing them in again to interview them because they are digging their own grave by what they are saying. It's very possible they are waiting for the forsenic's to come back, to push on them harder in the next interview that they do with them, or an arrest.
I pray that Hasanni is found before critical evidence is lost....I hate to think of him as no longer here, but in my heart, I know he is safe from harm ever again with God now.

I am wondering if LR is attending those CLASSES .. would hate to see him have to give up that DREAM.... !

also wondering why we have not heard anything about LR out there looking for Hassani himself ? Didn't I read here that he got his BMW back,

maybe he could run by the Salvage Yard, possibly get that part he was scouting around for before. !!

I also heard 2 diffferent versions of the Savage Yard story -- #1 he got out and looked around (a news clip) and #2 that he never got out of the vehicle.

Could he have been looking for a part on prior days, that " he needed to replace" before he called 911. Could he have already gotten the part elsewhere (earlier day), and just did this Salvage Yard drive through as a way to throw off LE. i.e. nothin wrong with my ride on the day I LOST HASSANI !!!

Maybe LE will canvase other Salvage Yards, they could send a mass e-mail they (LE) usually have a good relationship with Salvage Yards , ( stolen vehicles and stripped cars and the like )they need to be able to send out info and get info back quickly from them.

I think the important thing is that this case has been turned over to homicide. Makes me think they found something.

ETA: I'm wrong according to what I've now read. They needed the manpower, so included Homicide.

Or Hasani is near the house and Ross thought his abduction story so believable that he figured they would only search in Oakland, never in Fremont. I'm sure he thinks he has outsmarted them all.
I agree and the area around the house could be more familiar to him if he were looking for a place to stash Hasanni's body. Similiar to little Caylee being found right down the street from the Anthony's house. MOO

I think they do this a lot. I'm sure it's some of the best evidence they gather

Maybe not.

http://kidnappedchildren.blogspot.com/2009/08/homicide-division-called-into-search.html

The Oakland homicide division is now involved in the search for 5-year-old Hasanni Campbell who has been missing since Monday. Police say it is because they need the additional personnel, and not because they consider it a murder case. A wrecking yard was the latest focus of their investigation. The family has been passing out fliers in the Rockridge neighborhood and asking for the public's help.

And since that was someone's blog, not a news report, ETA:

Six homicide investigators joined officers from the Oakland police missing-persons unit Wednesday in canvassing the area outside the Rockridge district shoe store where Hasanni Campbell's foster father says he last saw the boy. Police passed out flyers along the 6000 block of College Avenue near the store, urging anyone with information to contact them.

Oakland homicide Sgt. Mike Gantt, who was among those who went to the store, said police wanted some of their more seasoned investigators to work the case and that no assumptions should be made because they had been brought in.

Yes, very telling. I thought they must've found something, or just had a really strong suspicion, in the beginning when they assigned a homicide detective to the case.

I agree with Rhyme & Reason, too, that LR didn't figure LE would search in Fremont.

Noway - I don't think you are wrong. Something tells me they just said that in order to keep LR and JC in the dark. Just like when LE says there isn't a POI in some cases.

Besides, as has been pointed out, you can't believe media reports 100%

Thinking of her commute home, pregnant, with the baby and Hasanni, makes me wonder if a pregnant JC can handle the commute, why did a seemingly healthy man have to leave Hasanni by the car, instead of taking both the children in. It could have saved time to grab both kids and go back out for the stroller? (Maybe not the most convenient thing, but logical if you don't want to leave a child unattended?) I've carried two children at one time, it's not comfortable and I wouldn't try it for a long distance, but I believe it can be done.
Prayers for Hasanni. :blowkiss:
Or another option since he admitted to leaving both children at home alone while he went on his five minute (cough) trip to the bank ~ why not leave both children in a locked car with the alarm set for his short jaunt from the alley to the store? :waitasec: It seems to me it would be much safer than leaving Hasanni standing alone in the 'alley'. Unless of course he wasn't even there. MOO

respectfully bolded by me

The first story was that Jennifer was the one who said "Where's Hasanni" because she was already at the back door, where Hasanni was supposed to be standing. I haven't watched this video yet--is the story different now?
Calling the child's name would be so logical! Why didn't they do that?

According to most interviews and LR's story, she said, "Where's Hasanni" first, causing him to look towards the vehicle and realize he wasn't there (with some response like, "What do you mean, Where's Hassani?".

There was definitely one interview (I think I posted on it) where she said that he asked her "Where's Hassani?" first.

If it weren't for the report that employees of the salvage yard saw Hasanni, I might think that something happened to him sooner than the trip to the salavage yard.

I was looking back at the info thread and watched this clip again. JC says that -- she went to unlock backdoor -- she opens door -- just as LR is rounding the corner he says to her " where is Hassani ? - where is Hassani ? " This is 1 of my issues, why is he asking already "where is Hassani? " if this drop-off thing is routine, (being a gramma of two small boys 6 & 8 ) IMO Hassani would have already been through the door, heading for his favorite toy, or the last item he played with at the store,.. but NO - LR does not assume Hassani is just inside the door, LR calls OUT to JC "where is Hassani?" Hmmm.. my 2nd issue, JC says they look all around in the store and outside and even stop people to ask did you see Hassani ? My very 1st instinct,.. again (being a gramma of two small boys 6 & 8 ) would be to scream and yell out the childs name. they LR & JC say they look but I've never heard either of them mention yelling for him to come here or "where are you". I would love to know from people on the street and at the restraunt, if these two were yelling for Hassani? IF and I emphasize the IF someone had taken him, the yelling for the child would probably cause the Perp to run alerting others that something was happening. NOTE * Hassani is probably blowing bubbles and playing ball with God right now, and LR & JC the 2 of you "Will get to speak to God one day too for sure."

VIDEO: Jennifer Campbell Speaks To ABC7
http://abclocal.go.com/kgo/video?id=6962708

I am reposting earlier post with link to interview you will hear what she says in the first 35 seconds or so of the clip . in this clip JC says LR asks first . where is Hassani PLEASE WATCH

There was definitely one interview (I think I posted on it) where she said that he asked her "Where's Hassani?" first.

From the beginning it was always her asking "where's Hasanni?" and all of a sudden (with this new interview where she speaks more) it's him asking "Where's Hasanni?" Something isn't right--why this variation? OR maybe it isn't even important? I don't know.
