Andrea White went missing from around there.
She was returning back up to the reservation from blue lake. If that is her hand she would have made it back to the reservation. I wish they said how large the hand was. Honestly the hand could belong to anyone up the river as the river flows downwards. Also, the only people allowed to fish on the river are tribe members.
