By the sounds of it the judge has forgotten his warning that he would cite them for misconduct in front of the jury if they continued pursuing previously determined disallowed lines of questioning. It's beyond a joke. It never was a joke but it is playing out like one in that courtroom IMO.
Katy's post said Joey called Chase 11 minutes after the cheque was raised.ok wait? what? LOL They happened at the exact same time. So either they were doing it "together" or Chase was doing it while talking to Joey on the phone without his knowledge (in the case of the first one) One of those is true.
I get that they had lots of calls between them, but it's VERY coincidental that calls are going on during or shortly after EVERY QB activity is done.

I can't believe he actually said: "It doesn't look suspicious now, does it" to Hanke so the jury could hear that. The Judge should have REAMED him for that, IMO. Judge Smith is a push over.
Judge Smith is not a pushover. He has upheld controversial death penalties, and is thought of as tough.
You might want to edit that Katy, that says he started at 12.24, not 12.38.from Prelim testimony:
THE WITNESS: Okay, on February 1st, 2010, at 12:24 P.M., Joseph McStay, the user Joseph McStay added Charles Merritt as a vendor. The next activity was at 12:34 P.M., where there was a check made out to charles merritt, all lower-case letters, for the amount of $2500. The memo line on that one said: “deposit.”
Q (By Mr. Daugherty) What else did you see happen on the 1st?
A At 12:37 P.M., there was another check added to charles merritt, for the same amount, $2500. The memo line also stated: “deposit.”
A At 12:38 P.M., the user printed the check written at 12:37 P.M.
Q And what happened next?
A At 12:47 P.M., the user deleted the check written at 12:37 P.M.
Q Okay. So the second check created was printed?
At 12:52 P.M., the user deleted check written at 12:34 P.M.
[So this activity was taking place from 12:38 until 12:52. What were the times of the phone calls that day? ]
I have a feeling that the Pros Team knows this Judge and thus, the 6 months it's going to take!

What all of them? So, did any of you catch that these phone calls went to voicemail, they weren't answered?
I think Joey banked at Union Bank and Chase opening an account at Bank of America may have been to stop Joey's bank from being able to see Chase's deposits in an internal (branch to branch) enquiry.
All IMO
What I think we have to find out is if that $89724 is Joey's bank balance, or if it is a balance that is being worked with in relation to all the projects in motion. It is possible that the CUSTOM account didn't just monitor what was owed between Joey and Chase, but it was being used to monitor overall project expenses.
I don't think they showed that there was a call from Joey after EVERY check was created etc.
