A funeral will be held for Julia on November 10*in San Diego.*A second service will be held in North Dakota where her family lives.*

Ware is expected to be arraigned Monday, November 6.**

Julia's family wants her remembered for the way she lived, not how she died.*

"I don't think he deserves the respect to be called a name," Jacobson said. "I don't want to remember him, so that's who he is, her ex-husband or the person who committed this.*I don't want her to be connected to him."

Click on Smart Search. Enter Ware, Dalen on the next page that appears. Click submit. When the result comes back. Click on the case number - FWV17003834 - which is a link. That will bring you to the case information which provides details along with some documents.

The only things of note at the moment is that Dalen Ware has retained a private attorney and no longer has a public defender. Also, his next appearance is a preliminary hearing scheduled for 01/22/2018.

SAN DIEGO -- Hundreds of people gathered Friday for a funeral service to remember the life of a missing U.S. Army veteran who police believe was murdered.

Julia Jacobson's family members, friends and fellow service members gathered at St. Therese Catholic church in Del Cerro to say their final goodbyes.

Jacobson, a retired Army captain and corporate real estate broker for 7-Eleven, went missing over Labor Day weekend. Her body has not been found.

Jacobson's longtime friends and colleagues said they take comfort in knowing justice will be served. They described Jacobson as a kindhearted soul who loved to serve people.

"I believe God has her back. As they said, angels rise, and she's going to rise and continue to rise and I hope karma gets to whoever did this to her," friend Christine Brosius said.
"There's not a day that goes by that I don't think of that girl and how strong she made me," said another friend, Jaime Mann.
A second service will be held in North Dakota, where the rest of Jacobson's family lives.

I'm just a little confused how they can have a funeral so quickly with no body, no complete investigation, and a perp pleading not guilty?

Obviously the family is privy to information we aren't.
One thing that I thought probably happened was they used cadaver dogs on her vehicle.
Also, if LE has her ex on surveillance video, alone, driving or dropping off her car that would be reason enough to arrest him.

I'm thinking there was likely evidence of blood from both Julia and Boogie in the vehicle too. It could be that unless DW talks, LE thinks they may not be able to find the bodies anytime soon.

I am confused as to why LE has revealed very little information/evidence to the public even after the arrest of Ware. The more information they reveal to the public there is a better chance of finding Julia's and Boogie's bodies.
