One thing that keeps nagging me about that jail house interview is his story of the "horrific crime" committed by "others" in the truck he now owns (which is presumed to have also been used to transport Kyle's body.) It seems to me he is again using these "others" as the scapegoats of his own crime, because apparently he is claiming a person was run down in that truck and their dna tissue is still present on the under carriage, in particular, the left hand control arm. I assume this is another victim and not Kyle he is referring to because surely he knows the dna will not match up or else he would have just said the "others" must have taken his truck the day Kyle disappeared after doping him up. IDK what to think about that guy.
When he was discussing that particular part, my first thought was "Oh no,he has also Killed someone else." Forensics will definitely be busy trying to sort it all out.

I have a friend who is related to Kyle. They are worried and scared. I did reach out to her to see if they will join.

This link has the longer interview that I did not see before and what a tale he tells

OMG! This is the craziest thing I've ever seen! This guy has concocted the most ridiculous story. He must be trying to prep for an insanity plea or something. When I started watching I was thinking, Okay I need to comment on the thread about what he just said!
But by the end of it, I realized I would have to type out wayyyyy too many comments because the whole thing was unbelievable.

The worst part though, is his whole story about buying the vehicle from someone who had had it stolen by people who "committed a horrific crime"and that he's sure there is still parts of some person under the car. OMG! He knows they have his car and are doing forensics on it. He knows they will uncover another murder. This is horrifying.

He can sit so calmly and talk. Is this the definition of a psychopath? He makes my hair on my neck stand on end (not that I have a hairy neck, but you know what I mean.)

Are there any other missing persons or unsolved crimes in this area? Hit-and-runs? I can't believe this story!

The truth will find him out. He won't be able to keep all of his lies straight.

I am sorry for KM and his family.

Thoughts on this case so far?

The jailhouse interview is off the hook. Anyone buy the story?
I watched it locally. The guy is nuts (but well spoken). The story of being gradually poisoned was right out of a spy novel. I didn't even consider for one moment if he was telling the truth.

I've been a member here for almost seven years, and I must say, this is a first. SMH.

My heart broke while watching the video of Kyle's mother being interviewed while they were still searching for him. She did his laundry for him, expecting him to come home. How sad. I can't imagine how awful this must be for her now that his body has been found.

It turned my stomach when I read that they had found an ear at the crime scene. Geez that's hard to think about. WTH. How scary that a work place can be so dangerous.

RIP Kyle.

Well, Hlebo's right about something... His story is something that can only be described as fiction. He must be dizzy from spinning that tale.

R.I.P Kyle :rose:

Rest in peace, Kyle. I'm glad your remains were located. Condolences to your family and loved ones.

And the police report said there was arterial spray. It sounds like he slashed his neck :(. Why though? This story is crazy.

gonna bump this and look for any update, this was local and I actually drove past the scene the other day.

There is more to this story than meets the eye...How and why did Steve persuade Kyle to go next door into a vacant burnt out building??Esp when the job they were doing wasnt at that building??There had to be a reason he walked into that building with steve after all he was alive when he entered it...Did they go in there to get high?? did one of them make a move on the other??something fishy more than a argument if you ask me...
