Circumstances of Discovery
The child's nude body was found in an alley behind a Baldwin Hills apartment building located at 4206 Santo Tomas, Los Angeles.

The baby died from pneumonia brought on by malnutrition. Her cause of death was ruled to be homicide.

Her body was later cremeted.

That poor baby. How will this case ever be solved? The only thing I can imagine is a friend/ relative of the perp coming forward, possibly. She was most likely killed by her own caretakers (MOO). Even then, with no DNA, can she be identified? This just breaks my heart.

I'm going to remain hopeful there is Something with which to identify her. Namus doesn't typically provide DNA, Dental, or Print info to the general public and I don't rely on that info from other agencies - for her, her case file was last updated on DoeNet in 2018. I would think NCMEC doing a reconstruction of her and posting her case would mean there is something they can use. Perhaps maybe a footprint to compare against a birth record at a hospital, saved teeth, blood or other evidence.
