There seems to be no identifiers (no fingerprints, no dentals and no DNA) and since this Jane Doe was found in LA County she was most likely cremated so there is most likely no way of getting any. Maybe dental records of possible matches can be compared to photos (they have to have photographed the remains, right?).

Sadly, I think she’ll remain a Jane Doe.
