Around here, "found unresponsive" is usually code for either drug overdose or suicide. But I suppose it doesn't really mean anything beyond that she hadn't been dead for very long.

I couldn't find anything in the LA area news about the remains being found.

Her Namus entry location takes me to the Cypress Park/Glassell Park area. I don't know whether that's accurate, or just where Googlemaps decided was a good approximation. It is near the LA River, but not on the banks.

ii usually think if nearer to here when i think LA river. they said she was unrecognizable due to decomposition and deceased one day, but its warm in LA.

Yeah, it's stylised, but heart body, bat wings, halo, curly 'devil' tail with a little heart on the end. Looks kind of amateur, too, like maybe it's been done by a friend? It wouldn't have been done by herself, given the position. Doesn't look professional, to me, but I'm no expert. Her others all look much more precise and polished, colourwork and fine lines, calligraphic script. The bat/angel/devil looks hand drawn.
